Happy Weekend folks.

I promised Ile Oluji and here we go grin

blank:

I think why lawyer is asking for his credentials is because some of the allegations against him is that he lied about his credentials . It is okay to say you have just experience. When it becomes fraud is for you to say you have experience and technical qualifications which are made up. He should show lawyer evidence of his credentials and he should let us know what his findings are. Let us even start from there.

DUNKA:
Bros, can a leopard change its spots? If this project is really happening what will happen is that Brabus will divert/convert funds to pay off part of his mounting debts and then Super Story Part 6 will commence . grin

And part 6, 7, 8, 9 story did start grin

lawyer:
@brabus

I want to ask you one straight question. Are You a trained Architect, Builder or Structural Engineer with certification . If Yes then send me your Details and certificates privately Via email and i will resolve this matter once and for all. If not i will not allow you ever solicit jobs on Nairaland here as a professional ever.

I don't think this question was ever answered

Wede3:

gabbytabby, gabbytabbyyyy, just because helpee said he is a medical doctor does not make him one.

Is that not how Brabus (his 'innocent' friend) said he is a building engineer, that he studied Building Tech in Ibadan Polytechnic, and trained under Alex Ekwueme & Co (yes o - the renown Architectural firm in Ikoyi)? Brabus also said his father was a trained Architect and that his father taught him some of his building techniques. All this is available on the internet o.

Fast forward to today, we are now hearing Brabus never studied Building Technology and that his father is not an Architect.

So gabbytabbyyyy, leave story for lion...

Wede3:

I too want Nigeria to be great... It is why I would have supported Brabus despite his previous issues with Ahonai in Lagos and Jadesque in PH... One wants to encourage brothers who are making an effort even if they have some missteps along the way...

However with 2 victims we can argue for missteps, with 5 victims we can only say the truth which is Brabus is a fraud .

gabbytabby:
.

Sorry so even with your MD na only toilet cleaning you were able to secure when you were at John Hopkins. He go better or should I say he don better.

Check the lets build this house thread, I was all in, supporting and defending Brabus. It was the first thread of his that I followed and then people pointed to his history on the site and what did I do, I put the breaks on .

gabbytabby:

I'm I to understand that your reasoning is that Brabus's issue is a failure to deliver on time for the chateau project and again the vimo case ?Then since he has told the owners that he has not even initiated the procurement; why not refund them; why does he need them to give him time to pay them back in the new year; does this say Brabus does not have the money now; does that say Brabus has spent the money for other things than what it was intended for . I guess I do reason differently from the way that you do and that's okay.

And this makes this poster the greatest Nairalander of all time grin

Wede3:

QC-1 thank you for forgiving Brabus for disappointing 5 clients that we know of through Nairaland.

SO you really believe he will disappoint his immediate 5 past clients but not you the 6th client ? If I be Brabus, me sef I go suspect your magnanimity - I mean who will put their hard earned money at risk like this? abi is this complete lack of judgement... I derail, please give Brabus your contract...

I'm sure Vimo3 and Neophyte-Mason will be quite happy to hear you want to give him your contract - it means Brabus will actually pay them in January as he promised - by that time you go don go back Canada, and your money will be applied to paying them plus paying other urgent personal expense like school fees (you know January is children school fees time)... AND you can't complain of being defrauded because this thread is proof that you knew from onset.

I now see why ponzi scheme dey work... maga full ground ...

More to come...

Disclaimer: I have not hired any builder from Nairaland thus have no vested interest in any of them. Everything that I post is originally posted on here, please simply click on the original username to read the quotes in context.

Here's an example of an outstanding compliment.

spyder880:
To the Glory of God, we the management of Tigerkenn Homes Ltd have been awarded another building contract. Details of the project are as follows;

Project : Construction of a 6 Units of 3 Bedroom Flats
Location: Enugu, Enugu state
Client : Nairalander
Contractor : Tigerkenn Homes Ltd
Project duration : 200 days
Budget : Yet to be revealed

We have just moved into this land. But we are not strangers to this site as I was the person that did this fencing of this land back in 2012.

This new post was made in June 2016, notice how the poster stated that "we are not strangers to this site as I was the person that did this fencing of this land back in 2012". This is an amazing feat of client trust and satisfaction when your client calls you back four years later to continue work.

It simply doesn't get better than that.

If you're a serious prospective homeowner and building in the east you should consider doing a search on this username, you won't find any negative client review.

You know, all Bosun did to me was have the nerve to criticize my roof job that's not even on my main house but on an accessory building.

Based on all the attrocities that he has commited on people's builds like yours it was not his place to correct any one on here, ever.

Like I told QC1, you guys are the true victims, even though you've moved past his disaster, the fact still remains that he is inept.

I credit you guys that are bold to share, I've been contacted by many others who in fear of their family safety did not say anything on how he treated them here on Nairaland.

So, I thank you guys for sharing your wounds of construction from Brabus.

I was going to do something like what you did, I have the dossier and some pictures that no one here on NL has seen, this is of another of our builds that he handled. To God be the glory, we have moved on and fixed it ALL, in fact you have seen the before pictures on NL, but you have not seen the state now. God is good, "Ki Olorun ma fi Owo Jewa Niya" Amen. I noticed he wanted to use style to try and claim credit, but hell NO !

Not too pleased sharing personal pics of my site, but if it helps others by ensuring they do not fall into the same trap, i am sure you will agree with me that its a small price to pay.

By the way, I do not think you should see it as an apology will solve it all, this is an experience for anyone most especially those in Diaspora, 90% of the people who use the property section are in diaspora, do you seriously think that an average nija person will come on NL to look builder, Oga Egun you self know na, unless you want to be economical with the truth !

@Abibanjo.Am Happy you got the info you needed...I was just about to reply to your request by emailing you privately before my Ex-contractor put my business on the internet..

@Bosun(Brabus)/ Nexthome,

Remember I told you to open this thread as an avenue to manage and keep tabs on things regarding this project....So we all can agree its my business and whatever you need to post regarding this project openly needs my permission.

Here is why:
So lets say I told people I paid a different figure for the carcass or lets say am keeping the figures from families and friends since am also entitle to my own privacy.....Dont you think you have publicly opened my yansh?

you are a smart guy but you just need to relax and learn how things are done. You need to know what customers like and what they don't....Even most importantly know where to sell yourself and where not to....

Bottom-line: Your Clients should not expect any kind of Privacy from you...cos you just proved it by posting all our financial transactions openly without my consent.

You raped my privacy bro grin

When one thinks he is smart with comments, he might not be as smart as he thought after all.....So he(Brabus) said one of his client brought same issue up in 2013 and that is not good enough for Brabus to learn that yes some might be okay with pictures but will like to keep the numbers as private as they can ?

See am dignifying this thread with a reply so that future clients can add one plus one together and see that with Brabus Nexthome he doesnt care about your privacy. He will blow ur cover and u wont be able to express yourself selectively ...too bad cry

BTW I was telling people my carcass cost me 10M. didn't know I paid 11 million plus....I must be very terrible at bookkeeping. grin

OnetimeOnly:

Brabus is always right....
3strike...next time you should also sign contract that says materials that do not belong to him should not be taken etc.contracts for every possibility under the sun. Common sense is not common

Bro,

I believe we are all here to learn and build except some ID10Ts that are here just to make noise . Am not sure how important your privacy is to you but hey when it comes to Nickels and dimes talk I like to discuss that offline. I have nothing against you. you need info, you asked and got it.. no biggie

But like I said earlier I didn't even know i paid 11.2M for the carcass cos I told all Nairalanders it was 10.3M......but hey my bookkeeping skill sucks i guess.

Now back to you question....

There was a reason why on page one the name of owner and the contract Budget wasn't listed. .....Cos I told him I want to stay anonymous which he complied to.

He later went to add the Carcass budget cost after our business relationship went sour...which am cool with even though I told him Private matter stays Private....

So Guys ask yourselves the following.....
1. Did he just prep this contract and payments schedule in 2016?
2. How come he didn't paste it up on page one when he started the carcass?.....Could it be because 3strike told him not to?

3. How come he is just posting it now after he fell out with his client?

4. If you are his client will you like your financial transactions to be out on the net even After i paid him on time and as scheduled for every milestone?

5. How come Page one of this thread is showing budget for carcass as 10M and his payment schedule show otherwise?.....I guess he doesnt pad estimates.....This guy is not straight forward....ask other clients of his

6. You think everyone just hate Brabus for no reason?

7. Do people like Spyder, Adventures,Segcymoore abdulwastecx and Segy14 have 2 heads? how come you dont read their issues online everyday?

Is this the quality of an entity that you want to have access to your financial secret?

grin

I don't want readers to be confused about my polite attempt to hold Brabus to a conversation on the other thread.

Any one that considers him an expert on a foundation based on his YouTube shenanigan has himself to blame.

What I also did buy the conversation was link Google search aggregate between the video and the thread.

So if anyone searches online and that video comes up then the conversation will also come up in the results.

Good evening,
Let me first thank u for your advice, i really do appreciate it...
The Burglaries are made with 16mm hollow pipes... After now i plan to start another thread where i will give a breakdown of the cost for the same building but i can tell u that we spent over 30 million to achieve this level of work... note that the cost can radically be reduced or increased depending on the choice of finishing materials.

Thanks again for your advice and compliment.

I am not his (Brabus) victims and I cannot be! Simple reason, I am a chartered engineer so can see a charlatan from afar.

Now when people start to post private messages online it shows lack of respect for confidentiality.

I know you are hurt, angry and bitter so can understand why you feel you need to post private discussions online. That does not make it RIGHT. It does not speak well of you as a person also. Take that as a brotherly counsel

That's the problem.

All the information was here already but deliberately pushed to the bottom and out of the way by the builder posting new favorable stuff.

But that's taken care of now.
