FSH is follicle stimulating hormone,FSH is often used as a gauge of ovarian reserve. In general, under 6 is excellent, 6-9 is good, 9-10 fair, 10-13 diminished reserve ur's is 8 so it's GOOD.

LH ,leuitinizing hormone, lh level is similar to FSH. An LH that is higher than FSH is one indication of PCOS. In your case, lh is 4 so PCOS , ruled out.

Prl stand for prolactin hormone dat produce brest milk, Increased prolactin levels can interfere with ovulation in ur case it's very close to to high wen compared to d lab values

Prog stand for progesteron below 15 shows u did not ovulate dis circle

E2 is done to check egg viability (quality) one of egg would make e2 rise and above 100 Is considered u ovulated a good egg, but since d progesteron is low ur E2 shows dere was no egg released

Please confirm if all the tests were done on CD 3 to enable give a good interpretation. @ legendsmother dis a good job but I might beg to differ with her on some of the parameters like her Progesterone interpretation depending on when the tests were done.

For now, all I can say is that all values are within range which is good. I'll give further detailed and individual interpretation once you confirm what CDs the tests were done.

Take a pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy.

so my period started on tue 21st june, a local ijaw woman checked me and said i hv blocked tubes. i intend to go for hsg 2moro thursday, my period appeared to stop on monday, but i still observed small amts of dried flow ytday. today am total dry, can i still go for the hsg tomorrow?, wch according to my counting would b cd 10.......am planning to do follicular tracking this cycle too, and want to start on saturday cd 12, to avoid stories that touch. my cycle is usually 27 to 31 days, been ttc for more than 3yrs

Vit B6 lengthens luteal phase which will in turn lengthen a cycle. I pray its caused by pregnancy though, Amen. so confirm that you ain't pregnant. You don't need to stop the Vit B6 now. If you're not pregnant, after a few days of being late, AF will still show by itself. You cracked me up with "begin find black goat" It suggests to me that you're Igbo. Dostinex is for high Prolactin and not general hormonal imbalance.

I just realized that my lengthy reply posted in the morning didn't go through so I'll try to retype

FSH: Is used to gauge Ovarian reserve. Below 6 is considered Excellent, 6-9 = Good,, 9-10 is fair and 10-13 is diminished reserve. Your Level of 8.0 indicates a good Ovarian Reserve

LH: A normal LH Level is similar to FSH, Also the ratio of LH to FSH if closer to 1:1 is good, a level higher than FSH is an indication of PCOS. Scan should be done for further diagnosis. Your LH is 4.3 and its ratio to FSH is quite close to 1:1 which suggests that you don't have PCOS.

PRL (Prolactin) - An elevated level affects ovulation. Your level of 15 is on the high side of normal. I'll suggest you start taking Vit B6 at least 50mg, Eat lots of Cabbage and plain Steamed Ewedu just to keep the levels in check and avoid it going over to the abnormal range.

Progesterone: A high Day 3 Progesterone indicates a Luteal Phase defect. This can be corrected by Vit B6. Your levels (0.2) is normal meaning that you have a good Luteal Phase.

E2: Abnormally high levels on Day 3 shows that there could be a Functional Cyst or diminished Ovarian Reserve. Your level (94) is within the normal so you don't have a Cyst and also have good ovarian reserve.

TT: is also within normal range.

Am sorry Sis but it seems you have a diminished Ovarian reserve. What says your Dr? Ultimately you should follow his interpretation. In any case, supplements that contains Inositol or Myo-Inositol would help. Availabale in Nigeria is Ovaboost. Other popular brands online is plain Myo-Inositol Powder, Myo-inositol capsules by Fairhaven, there are also several inositol powders and Capsules by different Pharm Companies online (ebay, amazon, mall for Africa etc) You should also try the Bitter Leaf and Garlic Protocol shared by @ Beningnasweety.

Ratio of LH to FSH is close to 1: 1 so there's no indication of PCOS

Progesterone: An elevated level on CD 3 can mean that you had a short luteal phase and lower chance of pregnancy. You can correct this by taking Vit B6 at least. Some Dr's may also recommend Progesterone Supplement if the cycle is medicated with either Oral Ovulation stimulation drugs or injectables.

TT: Your TT value is ok.

Above all, hand over all your report and all you do or take for TTC to God, he has the final say over all medical reports. He defies all knowledge and wisdom in his doings.

@dazzle86 High prolactin does not always pr‎esents wif symptoms dear, for some women only an hormonal assay would show high prolactin, it's kinda safe to say u are not above average so ur's isn't high? I wudnt know only a gynea can acces that nd come to conclusion but medications like parlodel,nd dostinex are very good u shud speak wif ur OBGYN so u would know which is best for u nd also d recomended dosage.. wif a follicle has strong as dis I hope u BD wella ooo na BFP tins o *winks*

@cherrybabe1 don't freak out lol, at 10 those ovaries can still be stimulated to grow mature follicles, how long av u been tryin? Are u seeing a gynea? U might want to see a gynea if u havnt don't mean to scare u but I wud advise u do dat soonest to avoid issues of poor egg quality, u might need fertility meds (HMG) to make u grow nd develop good quality eggs am sure ur gynea is in best position to know what's good for u...good luck

@Praiseworks PCOS is when d LH:FSH ration is above 1:1 so for example if I av an lh of 15 nd my fsh is 5 den it's 15:5 dats 3:1 nd dats indicative of pcos‎, in ur case ur fsh is 5 nd lh 6 dats a 1:1 so Nne rest biko u don't av pcos loool
