I wont be doing my assessment soon for some reasons till like October or November. Any evidence suggesting EA can change it soon. Is it advisable? My reason is cos of readily availability of funds. I can't really ascertain when EA could change their stance on work experience. However, Australians are very dynamic and swift with their laws and legislative process. I will just encourage you to try your best to take the opportunity that is available before it becomes more difficult. Just last month, Student visas were drastically transformed, how much more residency process... God'll make provision for you my brother.

in addition to uploading ur certificate u will also arrange for a verifiable certificate sent to vetassess directly from ur school. Yes less than 2 weeks working days or at most 2 weeks.
