i have sucessfully submitted mine, i submitted on two departments printing officer and data processing officer.

it happened to me many times like that, just keep trying or Better still open a new email and apply with it. They sent me a link on my other email account so I clicked on the link they sent and filled d form and it went through successfully. Make sure u fill ur NYSC date like this e.g march 2015

Can you send me the link they gave you ? Because I have been trying for days now and yet it isn't going. Is the link personalized to just you alone ? And if so,how do I get them to send me a personalized link as well?

that of primary school en even my cert too doesn't have numb so I used my admission number there...nd for d degree cert I never collect d original o na statement of result nd no numb there so I left that place blank. Na phone I use apply o

It is going perfectly well this morning.Even though it's showing a blank screen ,I think it was actually saving your application .I was having the same issue as you but when I logged in this morning ,I was able to view all the applications I submitted when it showed a blank screen.
