I do not know why you have to tell politicians not to seek to alienate any group of electorate. The fact that Americans did not see that Trump is not presidential, conservatives putting hugh heifner in the white house is quite deplorable.

I have not quite firmed up summer 2017 but its a toss between Greece and Canada.

Looking to relocate to Canada in 2-3years time. I know Toronto and environs but want to explore some other areas. I was initially attracted to warm parts of the USA cos of their reasonable real estate. It is now a no go area for mua. I wont even go enroute the US the way I am feeling at the moment.

Trump' s win shows the ugly side of America, the side that want segregation, blatant racism against minorities (AA, Latin America, Muslim America).

From is campaign and all the horrible things he had said about other people other than white male, I think his foreign policues will have negative effect on Nigeria but we are lucky to have China, India and other emerging Asian countries for market

I have a land in Isheri north from Opic, I need a good suggestions on who to award the building contractor to, I have already contacted one of my favorite builders here but it seems he is busy with another project right now. I need to start this project ASAP since I have some funds to go all the way to carcass right now.

Below is a picture of something similar to what I have in mind. A 4 bedrooms duplex in front and a pair of 2 bedrooms flat in the backitchen.

Republicans always fight a war. When Democrats are in charge, the defense companies suffer and they start angling for a Republican so that they can sell their weapons. I would not be surprised if Trump was bankrolled by defense companies.

Be very cautious, monitor everything, (if possible engage a neutral Consultant whose only job is to give you 'independent' opinion, in situations where you are not on-ground or dont have knowledge on the subject. Builder and Consultant should not be singing from the same hymnbook otherwise, collaboration go start).
Let the chosen Builder put everything here on Nairaland so that we can all monitor him/her for you (a few good eyes are better than one), read what people are saying about his choices and his response on questions thrown at him. Everybody cannot gang-up against you, so there will be some truths in what you read.

Remember, humans are humans, and can always go wrong!
Hear "everything", believe "nothing" until proven to be true.
