Old I have a question, to get a positive outcome from an assessment body for a bsc in accounting, is it compulsory to have ICAN. Can one get d positive outcome without having ICAN?

I can't say precisely but what they wrote is Bachelor of Science awarded in 2004 by Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University, Nigeria) is assessed as comparable to the educational level of an AQF Associate degree and is therefore below the required level.

What do you think is the issue?

Please house, l need help from everybody that has idea especially chief bellong, his crew and the accountants in the house.
Can a person who has consistently work as taxation accountant for 20 years but has HND be positively assessed by IPA/ CPA etc and others.
Please urgent response will be appreciated.

Please do we need to submit our spouse transcript during visa application especially for 190 or 489? or just the letter from the university to prove that he was taught in English. I am asking because am not claiming point from him so I don't no if I should add it or not.

In other to prove spouse has functional english, Some COs are comfortable with just a letter from school while some will want to request for the transcript. Just include it in other to decrease time waiting for grant.

Hello House,

I just heard that dollar now sells at the Parallel market at 410 as at this morning! I think this would be somewhat good news for those intending to buy.

On a related note, I know this does not affect PR hopefuls but kindly advise as many as you know who intend to present statements to Australian Embassy for visa applications, to please desist from sending falsified statements!

I have priviledged information that many applicants are doing this and it is presenting us in very bad light.

Almost all statements are usually reverified from the banks.

I wrote it yesterday and got my results this morning. ....

I am grateful to God.

Now after I hv paid vetassess and requested for my transcript to be couriered that's how my university went on strike oh. now I am hearing that they won't resume any time soon. Vetassess said they hv all my other docs but won't start until they receive my transcript from sch. IT is well

@all the gurus in the house

Is it possible for someone to submit 2 assessments for EOI and to DIBP during visa application.

For example, I have HND Mechanical Engineering (2008) and started working with it in 2009. In 2013 I did a top up (BSc) in same Mechanical Engineering while I am still working as a Maintainance Technician.

Can I assess my HND with TRA as a Maintainance Technician in order to claim 7 years work experience and assess my top up (BSc) with EA in other to claim 15 points for qualification.

will it fly this way.. ..

ICAN is not critical to get positive assessment for accountants; CPA states to get a positive assessment, the applicant needs ''to have successfully studied all mandatory competency areas that are relevant to your chosen ANZSCO code'', so the courses in your transcript matter more.

SUJYDEE,

I think what should matter to you is which of the two occupations is on the SOL list.

If they are both on the SOL list, the TRA will earn you more points 10 from qualification and 15 from experience while EA will only earn you 20 points.. 15 from qualification and 5 from experience.

You can't combine two assessment because the assessment must be for same occupation.

Agreed. Just check your bsc courses and confirm you have the mandatory competency areas.
