I normally have d same too. At times d contraction is so intense; that I must lie down. But that was more frequent when I initially started d massage as of now it comes like a gentle "pull"

Cold pressed Castor oils are sold in major shops all over d country. There are so many brands but l heard dy all perform d same function.
1. When u get d oil; apply it around ur waist/panty line.
2. Then place a small towel over d applied oil surface
3. Thereafter u place a hot-water bottle over d towel & lie 4 a while ( I normally sleep off with it)

4 d ketogenic diet ( l came across this cos I wasn't reacting well 2 metformin );
It's basically low carb diet. Avoid as much carbohydrates & fats (esp fried foods). Eat more vegs & proteins. Least I forget u kick start ur day with blended lemon & Ginger in warm water. U can ask Mr google more info...

4 spirulina somethings combo; I can't remember d brand's full name. But I will search for it or u can try other supplements with spirulina ( dats d active ingredient)
