As a new guy in Nairaland particularly this property section, I must say that I continue to be enriched by the wealth of information and learnings freely available here.

I get to know and made new friends, and did business with people I met here. People that I may not ordinarily have met or deal with if I didn't stumble into this property section sometime early this year, very lovely, honest, and down to earth individuals' Spyder, Abdulwastecxs, Podosci, to mention a few. These guys are rare gems of contemporary Nigerians with impeccable qualities and unalloyed honesty lacking in most of us.

I pray that they do not derail even in adversity, tribulations, or temptations as they pursue their heart desires, for in them lies the heart of future Nigerian we would all cherish.

What you said is the truth, however this happened in Ghana and not in Nigeria.

I believe laying the pipes before the mat can burst the pipes or bent them then it's problem for wiring after the decking with blocked pipes.
Note that I don't have any educational degree in this just telling my day to day practical observations; so this opinion lightly and unqualified opinions.
I have been thru blocked pipes under decking for electrical... so I know what my electrician went thru to unblocked it.

Note: Some people also do the pipe laying first while doing the mat... check this Abdulwastecx thread below:
