Project is progressing way ahead of schedule, BQ is ready for tiling now, main house is ready for roofing. I give kudos to you folks doing multi-flats, it's hard work getting artisans to buy into quality. I blame Spyder880 and Skimanski for making their livelihood look easy, at least in the Nigerian landscape.

The koko of the matter starts on page 17 but I suggest that you read the whole thread especially if you're just starting out. It's one of the better threads on here in terms of documentation as well as pictorial support.

I tell you, it was hard work but with determination it will work by fire by force. Also I hire and fire, if anyone is not performing they are on the way out.

I find that with some artisans, once you have your materials and its strictly labour, they know the score. The worst one is when they have your balls in terms of one giving them X amount, go and deliver Y. One really needs a strong hand to manage them and one can only pray for good workers O

For my courtyard-bungalow I have an electrical plan but for my garage-apartment my electrician and I freestyled it to my taste.

Electrical design for a five bedroom flat is not compulsory but the advantage that it gives superseed whatever financial strain it may cause you.

I will advice you to heed to his advice and have an electrical design prepare for the house because it will make his job easier and will help avert any problem in future
