When Buhari overthrew Shagari Nigeria had the most equipped military in Africa and part of the middle east , 30 sepecat Jaguars G2 air superiority fighters , 30 Alpha light attack jets , 28 MIG 21 ,28 L39 Albatross, 20 C130 transport planes ,best signal Corp, 500 105 howitzers and self propelled guns and an armored Corp that could March anything in West Africa, by the time Buhari left 22 months later most the Nigerian military had become a rag tag organization with no fighting asset to account for ..Anyone that thinks Buhari can improve this Army he even met with almost nothing is a lunatic and a mad man I tell U 7 Likes |
