Did I miss it somewhere in the thread where a similar question to this was treated already or it just means that nobody has answer to my query yet? undecided

Happy New Year guys, please I need your quick take on this in order to make a well informed decision in this NEW YEAR.

My wife has over five years experience as a Customer Service Representative with a Telecommunications firm but became a Quality assurance officer with the same company about three months ago.

My question is is it possible to get a positive assessment if she nominates Call or Contact Centre Manager role? NB: She has never held the Manager role.

I earnestly await your kind responses.

Cheers.

@SegunWamiri,

Note that Call or Contact centre manager is on special conditions in South Australia which is the only state sponsoring it.

She can apply for it provided she can package it well.

@yuddy2,

Pick CDR if your degree is from Nigeria.

All the bosses pls don't look at me like this, what other method can I use to get this payment done. Reply will be appreciated

For all those asking for options to pay here is the only one available from Banks :

1.Get a USD Prepaid Card from the Bank and load with dollars bought from the black market (a bit expensive but still better than none).
The card usually is like USD 20 while you pay an annual fee of USD18. Stanbic IBTC has that and it works
.

2. Open a dorm account with your Bank and ask for a USD Debit Card -Still the same process. You will have to fund the account from the Black market.

That is the ONLY option available if you don't have anyone to help you from "the abroad".

Depends on what you mean by a banker.

I mean someone who works in a Bank who did not necessarily read Banking or any other related courses except MBA.

Ok. I work in a bank (IT Network and Comms). I assessed under EA and my assessment outcome was fantastic. 2 of my 3 career episode was based on work experience (inside the bank ooo).

EOI....check
ITA....check

Long story short, it doesn't matter where you work. It is what you are doing or have done (as reflected in your reference, resume and episodes, if you are an engineer).

Are you a banker?

Thanks, we'll definitely work on the packaging and I believe we can meet the special condition of hitting the 80 points score. Enough english practice would begin soonest for both of us

Have you been assessed by your assessing authority?
Have you written English test?
If you can make up to 60 points on your own, then you don't need 190, since your profession is on SOL.
