I'm confused here, and since no one has picked this out, I'll need clarification.

How is the work experience as a Maintenance man (not engineer) 10 points with a Degree qualification?

I'd think EA will recognise the experience only if it's at a professional Engineer level?

And TRA will accredit the experience only if supported with a technical or trade degree?

Could someone please clarify this?

To everyone reading, as much as I would love to be of help to everybody by looking at individual circumstances, it will be unrealistic and inconvenient for me to do.

I currently work full time, I have a family to attend to, I have a certificate IV course (work requirement) and a bachelor degree (personal) I am running.

Attending to PMs or answering every question is almost impossible for me. Some questions will require I do a thorough search and ask others which I don't have time for. I don't like starting something and abandoning it halfway. It wouldn't be nice if I started conversation and stop responding due to commitments.

This process is relatively easy as long as you meet the requirements. People just need to invest in reading.

If your question is in respect to your initial question, you can nominate Occupational health and safety adviser currently sponsored by New South Wales. Start your assessment ASAP so you can get nominated before it is dropped.

Follow the instructions on the thread and other steps are pretty easy. VETASSES is the assessing body for the occupation.

With this, ACS will soooo deduct your years in fact it is -2 years....meaning you will owe them two years sef

Please I would like to clarify some facts about the Australian PR process, as I am interested in applying for subclass 189 this year.

I have a BSc in Computer Science (2012) and an MSc in the same field (2014). I have 24 months work experience till date (14 months before MSc and 10 months as at today), all as an IT analyst. Age: 30 points. My nominated occupation will be Systems Analyst.

Please what are my chances for getting a positive assessment from ACS? In addition, do I need to take an English language exam before submitting my credentials for assessment?

I am not sure I will receive any points for work experience from ACS so I intend to get 20 points from English language skills.

Greetings to all. Pls I want to verify this information. Is there disparity btw ielts & pte? Cos a friend said you can't get subclass 489 with Systems Analyst with a total of 60 points with PTE competent (ie; btw 50 & 60 each). If at all, it should be ielts competent level. Thanks to everyone good job.
