I've been away for some time because af showed up after being late for 5 days and I was depressed.

LegalDivaa and Dadsonval . I don't know any Fibroids shrinking drug. I eventually had to for Myomectomy (Fibroid Removal Surgery ) after trying lots of things unsuccessfully. Although there's an RCCG Midwife that once trended on the thread here as having herbal drugs that shrink Fibroids. Don't know about authenticity though. Her contact number is 08034534610. I already had surgery before she started trending so I never tried her drugs but I copied/stored the number though. God bless.

You're already on the right path. They should've also tested for infection to be sure it's not an infection causing the Oligospermia. But don't worry 14.9million is very close to the average 20mill acceptable number and the Percentage Motility and Morphology is good. Like they say, it takes just one healthy sperm. Thank God you are better. Go to the pharmacy and get the cold pressed castor oil. Whatever brand is okay but the most common one is around N600. God bless you

Good evening Mamas, Please has anyone used Primolut N to stop uterine bleeding. So it turns out, my period was doing hide and seek before, now that it has started since last wednesday it has refused to stop o . It looked like it was going to stop on sunday, only for it to start again yesterday wit full force . I spoke to a Gynea this morning after sharing my medical history, he prescribed Primolut N (2 tablets for 5 days).

Taking BSM and ACV has helped to reduced the heavy flood since yesterday evening though ( I almost lost it yesterday morning/ afternoon, changed like every 2 hrs, na God no let me embarrass myself before DH come carry me comot for office, i don weak finish from blood loss)

Anyone used this drug before to stop bleeding.?.....please share your experience

Thehomemaker. I concur with 4realwoman on Tranexamic Acid. Am not sure about using Primolut to stop bleeding. Mixing Cayenne Pepper in cold water and drinking also reduces bleeding. To build up the blood loss, if you're Yoruba or live amongst Yoruba's, ask for Hospital Too Far Leaves, boil in water, add milk and drink. it boosts blood fast. Taking Iron supplements, Vit B6, drinking Water from Pumpkin leaves, Eating Liver also helps to boost blood. But more importantly you need to find out what caused the heavy blood loss and an almost non stop period so that you can tackle it from the roots. Fibroids perhaps?

sorry, those ghana/black soaps can fit to sting. so this is what i found on google.


1. Yoghurt
Dip a tampon in yogurt and insert it in the jagyna for 2 hours. After removing it, clean the area with lukewarm water and pat dry thoroughly. Do this twice a day.
Also, include yogurt containing live cultures in your diet. You can also opt to take probiotic supplements after consulting your doctor.

Note: For treating a yeast infection, only use plain, unsweetened yogurt. Any sweetened yogurt will only worsen the condition.

2. Coconut Oil

Coconut oil stands out as a natural remedy for thrush. It has effective antifungal properties that can kill the fungi responsible for yeast infections.
Directly apply extra-virgin coconut oil topically on the affected area, 2 or 3 times a day until you see improvement.
You can also include it in your daily diet. Start with 1 teaspoon of extra-virgin coconut oil daily and gradually increase the dosage to up to 3 tablespoons per day.

3. Apple Cider Vinegar

The natural enzymes in apple cider vinegar help regulate the pH of the jagyna, which in turn helps prevent yeast growth.

Additionally, it is known to boost immunity and good bacteria in the gut and jayay, which helps in preventing as well as treating thrush.

Plus, apple cider vinegar has malic acid containing antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal properties.

Add 3 tablespoons of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar to 2 cups of warm water. Use this solution to wash the area, 2 times a day until you notice improvement in your condition.
Combine equal amounts of apple cider vinegar and water. Soak a tampon in the solution and insert it into the below for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove the tampon, wash the area with warm water and then wipe the area until it is completely dry. Repeat once daily until the infection heals.
Another option is to fill your bathtub with warm water. Add 2 cups of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar to it. Sit in the bath with your knees folded toward your body and allow your under to soak in this bath for 15 minutes. Gently pat yourself dry before putting on clothes. Enjoy this soothing bath once a day only.
Mix 2 tablespoons of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar in 1 cup of warm water. Drink it twice daily for a few days.

4. Garlic
Take a clove of fresh garlic and peel off the natural, white paper shell that covers it. At bedtime, put the clove into the jagyna. The next morning, remove the garlic clove and clean the jagyna with lukewarm water. Do this once daily for 2 or 3 days.
Eat a few fresh garlic cloves daily and also include it in your cooking.
You can opt to take garlic tablets or supplements, after consulting your doctor
5. baking soda
Mix 1 cup of baking soda in a bathtub filled with warm water. Soak in it for 10 to 15 minutes once daily for 1 week.
You can also dissolve ½ teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water and drink it once daily on an empty stomach for 2 weeks. Take a break for 2 weeks and repeat again for another 2 weeks.

Thanks Mama, i have used tranexamic acid (use during period for 3 months) before but I don't know if my body sort of built a resistance against it because it stopped doing anything for me after 3 months. The gynea then switched to Mefenamic acid which I used for af before I got pregnant and it worked well. I was told to expect some changes with af after the miscarriage and I have used mefanamic acid when the bleeding started but it didn't stop it o. That was why I had to reach out to this new gynea who prescribed Primolut N.

So far no bleeding yesterday night and this morning since i started using it yesterday afternoon. I will just have to see how this goes because i don tire sef.

Thanks Mama, I will get the supplements and find out about the leaves. Yes it is fibroid o. This new gynea wants me to consider removing it but we will conclude when i travel to see him this Easter.

D report is self explanatory; nothing much to add. 4 d way foes rd; He is already on track . As he is already boosting his sperm count he should also treat infections cos his infection culture tests are positive.

There are diff brands of castor oil but as long as it's cold pressed; it's good to go. I will attach a picture of d brand I use ( it's on d High side ) but I have been using it for abt 3 yrs now .

4 ur lst question; a sabi mama here once said bding 4rm d back & staying 4 awhile in dat position stops leaking spermies... So u cud give it a try too. Personally; l will advice u stop DH if he takes alcohol cos l experience d same when mine takes excess alcohol that period.
I have also read that fibrosis at strategic positions & tightened cervix mz can cause such too. So d reasons r endless..
4 ur second question ; ovulatory mucus discharges varies in diff women . Some r thick , stretchy; watery etc...& in all cases pregnancies have been achieved in diff women . So as long as d mucus discharge is "friendly " 2 DH spermies; then no cause 4 alarm.

Ok recently i chose to try what I've never don cos someone suggested it to me that it helps wt period nd I've been drinking warm water first thing in d morning.
I pound & sieve Ginger then use d water to swallow a clove or 2 of garlic after it i begin to feel like a tear inside my belle i don dey do am for abt 3days then today i saw blood wt my normal discharge (sorry plz) i come dey fear o.
