Since his return to the starting line up Rondo has been exceptional leading Bulls. Playing more aggressive on offense, by facilitating and controling the pace of the game, with a defense reminiscent of his prime years with the Celtics.

Well, if he can let a better cast express themselves more he would have done better today. No facilitator except him and nobody else could score today. His 4th quarter TO was significant but we have to let it slide. He has tried though. Perhaps, if his team finishes 5th he should share the trophy with Harden but if Celtics somehow finish top seeds in the East, I think Isaiah should win it.

He is going to average a triple double this season. The maths says he needs to average 3 assists and 3 rebounds per game and his numbers will still average at a triple double. The only record he wants to chase and break now is Oscar's.

Breaking Oscar's record is a given, i think he would notch 43 TDs.
The media would go into a frenzy and that may just tilt the MVP his way.

You were the best team in the regular season last year and you were almost sent out in the conference finals by OKC. This year, I see the spurs/rockets dragging you to a 7-game series.
And you know in a 7-game series, anything can happen.
