StCruz247: Boss, for fall start date, I think most schools are beyond the admission deadlines especially those that offer funding (I might be wrong though). My advise will be for her to first make a decision on a particular area that interests her, then start contacting supervisors against fall 2018. Yes, it is far but that will help her build a strong profile and give her some advantages for starting early. But please note, getting supervisors that are willing to supervise aint gonna be easy. So, she will need to be prayerful, patient and tactical. Yes, some schools do admit without securing a supervisor but if she needs funding, it would be best she secures a supervisor first. I stand corrected though. God bless |

SpeedndAccuracy: I can't really say but base on logistics I think 5yrs and above can still fly if applicant properly explain why he/she has to go for that course and affirm the need for the course at that point in his/her career, it myt scale through. Even with yrs of experience it's never an easy nut to crack with these VO's. Alot has to b in place. 1 Like |

Hello House. Thanks for this thread. I studied Economics and completed NYSC in 2015. Now I prefer to build a career in my newly found love - Graphic Design in CNA, Newfoundland. I have a Certificate of Achievement in Graphic Design and 2 years Work Experience. I plan to study Diploma in Graphic Design. 1. Please should I mention anything about BSC Economics in my SOP? 2. Please has anyone made it through with a Visa Grant by using a non-same surname relative with Sponsorship Letter and Sworn Affidavit plus Solid Bank Account? I would appreciate any swift and solid response. Cheers. |

gold22555:1. if u silent ur BSc what will u use to cover up that gap (about 4yrs)? Cos u must have to put something whitin that period. 2. yes u can use someone that doesn't share same surname with u but the person must write a convincing letter of support and give reasons why he wants to spend millions on ur education (knowing fully well u not is brother or son....), to sweeten the deal he will have to pay ur tuition fee and send ur living expenses (10k cad) into ur bank account so as to show commitment . 1 Like |

Also, hope ur company is registered? Cos everything that has to do with the company will be needed(tax clearance, company registration....). gurus in the house pls assist her 1 Like |

emeify:. You do this from your scan/document settings. By reducing the image quality and dpi. Reduce this before scanning the documents. |

Kemsure30: While on the face of it, they're both fashion, my only questions are: 1. how does the diploma advance you in any manner or form? 2. While showing how it advances u and your business, why will you spend so much to take the course if it not possible in Nigeria. (If it isn't, state it, if it is explain why you're spending so much) |

emeify: Document Scanning Tip To get very high quality scans at a low file size, scan your document directly into the .tif or .tiff format at 300dpi color (don't convert another format to .tif/tiff, scan directly to .tif/.tiff), then use Adobe Acrobat Pro to convert it to PDF, and then finally distill the document. To distill, first convert the PDF to postscript [.ps], and then open the .ps file using Adobe Distiller; Distiller will ask you for the distill quality, choose the “Standard” option. The final PDF file size will shrink considerably but the quality will be super high! Courtesy of @thesoj 6 Likes 2 Shares |
