How old is Leroy Sane?! Is he not younger than Iheanacho?! When he came to Manchester City, he was drilled for few Weeks, was given his Chances and he's now an integral Part of the Team.

I remember last Season, Iheanacho was over the Media in England. He was acknowledged as the most clinical in the EPL. He was compared with Rashford and everyone was expecting him to perhaps outshine Rashford and other young Lads in the League this Season.

Alas! If he wasn't given playing Time by Pellegrini, how would the World know how talented he is?! Who's watching Drills and Trainings?! Engineering isn't about Theory, rather Practical - coz I'm expecting an Engineer to show me how it's done, not to tell me!

Do you get booked for hard tackles during 'Drills'?

During drills do you have to play 10 against 11 where each player doubles his efforts to see off a game?

Do the press criticise players for not doing well during drills?

Do players face opposing fans humiliation during drills?

Do you fight tooth and nail to secure a result during drills?

What about the urgency? Do you play with the same urgency especially when you are down and chasing a goal.

All these experiences are what what makes you the better player.
There is no way match day conditions can be compared to training conditions.

As I said before, the match performance is the result of the players behind-the-scenes work.

Kun Aguero was lazy for years and still one of the best in England. I remember when i told u he had a poor attitude in training and u even went as far as twisting the english language in defending him. Come this season Pep has openly called out his work ethic and all of a sudden u are being high and mighty talking down on another club. U are very biased when it comes to man city. So keep talking playing time and throwing digs neglecting the impact of the behind-the-scenes hard work that is the De la creme determinant of success.

My people. how una dey? Una don chop? I've tried to track back and be updated with posts and discussions on here. Please forgive me if I still missed something.

Now on the Iheanacho/TheGoodJoe issue. There are two possibilities here. And here is my observation:

1. TheGoodJoe has probably succeeded in convincing some of us here that Iheanacho wants to stay and get drills from Pep, which is why their comments may come off as they are dissing Iheanacho.

2. Some or most of us here are actually being sarcastic and dissing TheGoodJoe

On the whole, I actually think most of us want Iheanacho to leave because we know his worth and he deserves regular playing time.

TheSuperNerd made a point that I've been towing. TheGoodJoe, you are supporting a guy in Pep who actually don't have Iheanacho in his plants, so your arguments do not hold water. But I do hope Iheanacho learns a thing or two to add to his game before he leaves. What doesn't kill you make you stronger they say.

Its so funny that u are asking me to answer a question when ur question was supposed to be an answer to my question. The question is just crazy because Iheanacho can take as many practice freekicks while also playing real matches, there is no FIFA or FA rule preventing that from happening. That is why i think u are joking. Every pro player trains so what is all this about? Are u telling me that chelsea put Victor Moses back in a box after every match? Does he not train?

Aguero was working hard but was lazy based in Guardiola's intense drilling methods. Guardiola and Klopp came under criticism for pushing their players too hard. When Guardiola arrived he made it clear that it was not an easy process but the players have to try.

Aguero was not ready to push himself to that limit. With time, he caught up with it. Do not mistake hard work, high intensity hard work and plain laziness.
