Kk... Savanna bank was once friendly but they close with our parents money, Allstate bank was friendly as well and then society general bank was more like a family but Saraki family chop am close... Me no need a friendly bank that don't add to my money cause I have a lot of friendly friends, want I need from banks is to make transation less stressful in their banking hall

Is ecobank even a bank Abi nah micro finance bank. As large as their branch,as large as their customers,as large as their staff strength them go just put three tellers and them go still select the once wey snail nah ulsain bolt for their syd put as tellers. Them go spend 40mins ontop one customer. Ecobank customers and arsenal get something in common which is 'hope'

It is Union Bank. It was only their ATM machine that dispensed cash for me during the last Easter holiday that I spent at Ile-Ife in Osun State. That is my definition of excellent customer service and for that singular reason,I opened an account with their ijeshatedo branch when I got back to Lagos.

My only fear is that Access bank should not turn out to be like GTB. GT was once the best out there, but they got plenty customers an began to misbehave. Few branches, always overcrowded, not so friendly staff. I had to ask my brother to close his account because I was tired of the situation.
Please access bank do not misbehave.

Union bank best, uba worst

Why are people saying my darling UBA is the worst? I don't seem to come to terms with that. I have used several banks, just name it but UBA remains the BEST mehn! If for just the fact that they don't mess with one's money... Speaking from experience. Been banking with them since 2010 and I have never seen any reduction in my money. Before they remove their charges every month, they will credit the account. They sometimes don't even remove upto 10% of the amount they credit unlike almighty gtb n first bank... Ask me about their customer service, I will say it is okay. Btw, who customer service help?? Just keep my money intact abeg!

Union Bank has the best ATM now in Nigeria, never disappoints, but that's robotic. Try Diamond Bank for customer service experience.

I would have mentioned GTB but nah...those Niggas aren't friendly they just doing that cuz of the management but diamond banks are awesome mehn!

They interact with you during transactions and put on that smiling face all through one of their pretty staff even gave me her number sef the rest is history

I think UBA and FIRST BANK should be wiped out

I know I would see something like this here, but First Bank has won my heart. Any complaint I sent them through email would be attended to ASAP. Their mobile app is also one of the best in Nigeria, 500k without hard token.

Those calling on UBA has the worst should read this.

1. The day I lost my ATM card. I went to my facebook to chat up with them. I called them but my credit finished and they called me back. They blocked the ATM card that night and explained all to me.

2. My sister opened an account but didn't get her account number on time. We asked a question on how long it takes ND they requested for the bank branch and I tell you it was resolved.

3. I withdrew from the ATM and there was fake money there. I went to the bank and the manager changed it for me.

I have uba account, I don't have any bad experience with their branches but they have penchant for blocking my account from online transactions, from mobile app to USSD to Internet banking to the use of my ATM card for online transactions. My card is on lock as I'm typing this. I have complained on several occasions to no avail, they called it security measures, but it is just too much and frustrating.

Of all I've encountered, it is Diamond bank.
