Vinsmuft:The data published by dibp for some pro rata occupations in the last round are not correct. Maybe he is basing it on the wrong information. You can research more on it. 2 Likes |

Vinsmuft:The initial nomination mail wont reflect as an ITA on skill select. The ITA shows only after submitting the necessary documents, paying an amount as the case may be and eventual approval by NSW 1 Like |

[quote author=Adewakeup1 post=55933554]@bellong and other gurus, you are all weldone o. I sent PM to SUJYDEE too but no response yet. Bros that is not true, I did reply u on the 14th of April. You are Ala...something SOJ abi, don't want to mention ur names. You only need one reference since all the experience is with one company. NB: You don't need to notarize ur documents for TRA assessment again. They now accept scanned copies of the original documents and the submission is done electronically. |

mctowel01: Furthermore This is true. ITA shows after State nomination Approval. The initial email is an invite to apply to state ... Only ITA to DIBP shows up on skill select. 1 Like |

Hi Guys, Please I need your advice. Going through the occupation Ceiling, I discovered that all the 3 ICT related professions have been filed. Occupation Ceiling Value 2016-2017 Invitations to date 1. ICT Business and Systems Analysts 1482 1482 2. Software and Applications Programmers 5662 5662 3. Computer Network Professionals 1426 1468 I have applied to ACS for assessment and am very sure it will be positive. My question is should I proceed with EOI when I get feedback from ACS? is there any hope or I should just wait for the new calendar year come July 2017. your candid advice is required please. JERRYMAG4: I dont know the effect of submitting EOI for 189 after the ceiling has been reached. But you could go ahead to submit EOI for 190 (maybe NSW) as this does not rely on the ceiling. |
Re: General Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa Through Skilled Migration. by mctowel01: 3:02am On May 01, 2017 |
JERRYMAG4:Submit it now. it will put you ahead in the queue when the new program year begins |

JERRYMAG4:Ceiling gets reset by July 1. Do u have ur English points already. If u have the required points.. Then proceed to Lodge EOI for 189 and 190 using different profiles. |

Please @ bellong, I have some concern regarding the job reference letter. My HR will not accept to give me a reference letter and signed payslip but i have a senior colleague who accepted to give me job reference letter with company's letter head. But my concern now is during assessment and immigration process are they not going to contact my employer? If they do,am afraid the HR may not speak good of me and the senior colleague's job may be in danger for giving me this letter. Please anyone that has gone through these processes(Skill assessment and ITA) can advice. |

SallyAUS: You are qualified for both project builder with ur Bsc in Buílding and construction project manager with your Msc. With your 3 years experience, you should be okay with vetassess but you may not be able to claim point frm experience coz minimum a year would be deducted from ur experience. Is your experience post Bsc or Msc? Do you work as a builder or you work as a construction manager? Just go for the one that is related to ur job description. You should be fine. |

Denny2017: When i did my EA assessment, my employers where never contacted. I think it is almost certain that your employers will not be contacted by EA. However, I'm yet to find out if my employers will be contacted by immigration. But i believe that, if your supporting documents are compelling enough there would be no need for any contact by immigration. |
