How does this equate to IPOB.

In Asaba, women are treated with respect. Anyone that dare mistreat a woman gets a beating of a lifetime. Don't touch our women and we will leave you alone. Touch our women that means you want to learn respect that day and we will show you respect. Shikena. Is this actually limited to a particular section of the country? I Lagos and other parts of South-West, the driver could have being killed and/or his vehicle set ablaze.
