BascoVanVeli is right in the fact that every youth player must complete high school. Academies like Clairefontaine actually accept players based on their grades. The coach carter concept totally makes sense and should be implemented in all our academies.

There is no such thing, u just need to find a way to connect to the child. Children that u may think are slow learners turn out to be pretty bright when they are given the right type of attention.

the problem I have with raheem lawal...is translating such a wonderful performance into his national team assignment
