.... I was ignorant abt it.... The agent/friend I used told me not to include it not knowing it will Ave an adverse effect on me.... Pls, kindly give me keypoints to use to reply them... Please..... I was refused twice in a month in 2016 B4 I applied to Canada in 2017
did you fill in that you were using an agent on the form? If you did then blame it on lack of communication between you and your agent... If not then all I think you can do is plead for mercy because there is no excuse... Hope and pray for the best for you

Hello everyone thanks for a job well done.

I need some clarifications please:

1. Can one staple documents together (those with many pages) when submitting by paper route?

2. Can one number the documents?

Please house I need advice on this: My application was refused on PURPOSE OF VISIT because the vo wasn't "convinced" I would leave Canada on completion of my programme. In my application I included my assets and that members of my family are in Nigeria. I am not married. my purposed course of study is in line with my undergraduate degree. how do I CONVINCE the vo that I would leave? I thought I had that covered already.

UG: Mechanical Engineering(2011)
Finished NYSC: 2013
Intended course of study: Mechanical Engineering (M.Eng)
Work Experience: worked as a piping draughtsman/designer for about ten months(2014) but currently in partnership(since March 2016) with a friend in his business(I provided evidence of this in my application)

You'd better start your evaluation asap. And aim for PNP. Unless if you have M.sc and you're less than 35.

Am grateful, I will do ielts exam and go for EE. Thank you

1.do not staple any
2. No need, much you can do is to arrange them, but this will also be done by the staff that will attend to you

Sorry for the delay, share your profile as regards ur UG, work experience, and proposed course of study. Guys here would be able to proffer solution as to what to do to tackle it, but all in all order for your GCMS file.

How many years have you spent on the job? When did you finish your undergraduate degree? Perhaps, that might give an insight into the problem.

its well, your profile seems good to me, refusing you on purpose of visit alone still keeps me wondering anyways. GCMS note would point it all out. this visa thing is now beyond your course being related to your previous academics/work experience... what else do they want? when you dont av financial issue. its well

My brother I was baffled when I saw it. I am thinking it's an oversight on the part of the vo. still trying to get my head around it.

this your friends business is what type? is it inline with your proposed course? your previous experience is not enough. if the business you are into presently does not align with your proposed course, then that to me comes 'Purpose of visit' by the VO
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 12 by cheapphones: 8:15am On May 12, 2017
If Canada claims that they're looking for professionals hence the purpose of express entry, I don't see a reason why the vo should then be bothered about an Msc student not coming back hence refusing them visa, it just doesn't add up. I tot it's countries that are doing everything to reduce immigration that should be concerned about your leaving immediately you finish whatever you're coming to do.
I'm just trying to make common sense, I know ee is entirely different from going to study but this is sth I've been wondering and I wonder if I'm the only one that sees it like that.

What is the nature of the business? Did you show enough funds and ties to Nigeria?
And what was the 'exact' reason for the delay

This evidence that you submitted, does it include the following? Prove of registration and legal operation (CAC certificate, tax clearance, etc); a legal document that establishes your claim of partnership, clearly defining your stake in the business; the company's statement of account, to represent the size of it and its worth.

If not, what exactly are the evidence that you submitted?
