Bruv, did TRA actually contacted you after submitting your application... You are very lucky then o because it's against their policy to this. IMO, I guess you have submitted documents that have shown diff company numbers and they really want to confirm which one is the correct one. Normally your appointment letter, probation letter, upgrading letter, salary increment letter and recognition letter if any suppose to be same letterhead, and the contact details you give in the employer template suppose to be the same with the ones on the letterhead. If the company doesn't have website to clarify this, I think the company ID card, your tax clearance ID, in some cases your company products and so on can be useful here. Just think of any source that is not directly from you, third parties documents or what they can verify on their own. TRA hardly do this bruv, I need collect that your bathing soap o!!! Hello Sujydee, I sincerely appreciate your prompt response and contribution. Will follow through. Thank you. |

akereconfi: Ok.. apply for the UK now. Wait till you get an ITA before you apply for the Nigerian PCC. You can go to the police headquarters in your state. It is usually done in Lagos, they will be able to forward your request to Lagos. |

I applied onshore. So, I didn't have to bother about means of payment. However, many has advised that we get a dorm account and fund it with FX from black market. That's currently the best solution so far on the thread. AbaGuyMan: |

baenoz: Hello All, I have been searching the thread to see if I missed something that can address this situation. I think I have seen it before but I can't find it. So, so sorry about these questions. I am about to get a new passport for my wife. She does not have one before. Since we got married I have not done change of name and the only document that carries my family name as her surname is her NYSC discharge certificate. Q1.) Is it advisable to just go ahead and get a new passport in her maiden name to avoid all the wahala as in the quote above? Q2) Wont using her maiden name cause CO ( when the time comes) to doubt the authenticity of the marriage and start asking for evidence of marriage and waste more time. Thank you. cc: bellong |

bellong:The second requirement you stated up there about the IELTS, TOEFL requirement.. Can one also use, let's say, a Nigerian primary, secondary or B.Sc certificate in English language as stated in http://www.border.gov.au/about/corporate/information/faqs/how-can-i-prove-i-have-functional-english the 7th to 11th point; or can you explain what is meant on the site |
Re: General Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa Through Skilled Migration. by mrsojephone: 1:30pm On May 15, 2017 |
Go ahead and let her apply with your surname. Just get affidavit to swear she is the same person and also newspaper publication. Azy123: |
Re: General Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa Through Skilled Migration. by bellong: 1:35pm On May 15, 2017 |
Pmark888: Yes, she can get a qualification in Education. @Azy123, If you are married, go ahead and do her passport in her married surname. You can do a paper publication of change of name and marriage certificate as evidence. 2. CO will surely request for evidence of marriage whether you use her maiden name or a change name. Marriage certificate is enough proof. @Amicable24, If you read well, you would see that it is a must to write any of the tests for points. No way you can meet up easily with the minimum points without writing an English test except you have long years of experience and you are under 32. @akereconfi, In Lagos, depends on your negotiating skills, it is between 2-5k. I don't know how much they will charge you there. |

Bnimz: So which means ur course of study could be removed at anytime..there is no point huddle for a course in the list that might still change |
Re: General Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa Through Skilled Migration. by Azy123(m): 1:48pm On May 15, 2017 |
mrsojephone: bellong: Thanks I appreciate your input. I assume the paper publication of change of name/ affidavit must come before processing the passport or the order does not matter. |
