I think tribalism is a major problem in Africa. In Nigeria the three major ethnic groups argue all the time with one another, as though we the minor tribes do not exist, forgetting that we number in our hundreds(over 500) and there are millions of us in terms of population, when they argue online leaving us behind. We are just made to watch like their younger siblings not knowing who to take sides with sometimes.

We the central northerners are here in good numbers, just that a lot of us do not like to identify as northerners, and we can relate very well with southern culture.

Hahaha, thats what we do every day. The quickest word that comes to mind English or Swahili is the one you use. Kenyans have no problem with it at all. You can even have a conversation for a whole day one guy speaking swahili and the other english

No one's denying that Somalia has work to do. Muafrika and I were talking about a united Kenyan Somali people.. But as I said, our main obstacle is getting rid of Al Shabaab and then afterwards we can tackle clannism. I just came back from Somalia and I've observed how things are unfolding with the new government in place. The country is no longer classed as a failed state, it is signing multi-billion dollar business and trade contracts with foreign nations, so it won't be long till Somalia regains it's dignity and respect in the world stage.
