Dont know if this will help but I attended a fertility Lecture late last year and the Fertility expert said some common attitude of ours that can delay fertility.
He mentioned the use of body creams that contain estradiol as an ingredient that it works as a contraceptive which counteracts any fertility procedure. He talked about the skin as being the largest organ of the body so to speak and having a larger surface area for absorption of anything we expose it to. So, adviced against the use of some creams esp those containing ingredients with contraceptive properties
Secondly he mentioned an ingredient contained in the white detergent used for washing machines. That the particular ingredient is the one responsible 4d brightening effect caused by d detergent. This ingredient according to him is a major culprit to POD. And advised we Dont wash our undies with washing machine white detergent.
As For ur main question, experienced mums I believe will answer u but I'm only trying to draw ur attention to another avenue estradiol and other antifertility agents gets to the body.

first, congrats to all mamas God has blessed...healthy and stress free pregnancy to you all.

I write this with a heavy heart....
TTC has not been easy(2° infertility)....buh am writing this because the devil did its WORST.
My joy and pride is no more!!!

It has been a rough 2017 but with God am a conqueror.
My boy came forth 2015...started TTC again last yr till date...all to no avail. But i lost him this year...
why me is all i ask...
Where is my God i asked myself..
Most times, i would feel like taking my life....i'v been so depressed ever since he passed away(he was almost 2yrs)...
I don't even have anybody to talk to except going to God in prayers.

I read a story online the woman is/was actually seeking for help/advice.I want us to know that this ttc/gtc race is not easy and at a time we would be faced with plenty of temptations in the name of advice.Proverbs 10:22 says "the blessings of the Lord maketh rich and added no sorrow"The fact that we are faced with this challenge does not mean we have lost our sense of reasoning.
The story goes thus"she has been ttc for some years now(i can't remember how long".Her friend took her to a place that is supposed to be a church,that the baba had a long beard and all that.The baba gave her something to put under her pillow when she wants to sleep with her hubby and another thing to put on her v.j at the same time.She said she was skeptical and wanted to walk away as she could not place whether the baba was a pastor or alfa but her friend told her there was nothing to be afraid of or lose as the baba had helped her and she had twins that were doing well.She said she reluctantly did as baba told her but noticed that wen she was sleeping with her husband she was seeing babas face and even felt babas beard when the husband was giving her head.She said she dreams that baba sleeps next to her but when she opens her eyes,she will see her husband sleeping peacefully by her side.That she even thinks of baba and start feeling wet.Her dilemma now is that she went to the hospital and she was told she was six months pregnant when she has not slept physically with anyone in the last six months"

A child can’t defeat a nine foot tall giant in battle. A virgin can’t conceive. Water can’t be turned to wine. A crowd of 5,000 can’t be fed with a child’s lunch. With God, they can.

Maybe you’ve heard doctors say you can’t conceive. Maybe you’ve heard yourself say you can’t take anymore. Maybe you’ve heard your spouse say he can’t believe in anything anymore. Maybe you’ve heard Satan say you can’t carry a baby full-term.

Encourage yourself and build your faith by diving into the real stories of real people with a real belief in a real God. The same God who closed the mouths of lions, fed thousands of people with mere scraps, breathed life into ancient wombs and even placed His Son in a virgin womb, is the same God who hears your prayer today. He’s the same God who knows how badly you want that baby. Our God is the same yesterday, today and forever! He is the only one who can turn all your can’ts into cans.
