Ibra was bossing the French league without breaking a sweat, even he had to quit the mediocre opposition. Ibra did not start his career in the French league, he was world class before PSG. Using him as a standard is ridiculous.

Why don't we use the much hyped Martial for example, how far with that Monaco gem? Still dribbling into nothingness? Oh, wait, he's on the list of World best already?

Oh, yes! He's no longer "The New Henry", that's Mbappe these days, and once Mbappe leaves Ligue1 to the EPL, heaven knows which Monaco teenager will take that crown next season grin
Martial scored more in his first season at Man united than he ever did at Monaco. True or false??

he was playing for Liverpool, a team that finished....6th? And finished...7th? After he left, hardly a great team. So are you telling me that Suarez playing for....Lyon(a team comparable to Liverpool in status) would score 31 league goals? Absolutely false! He couldn't even manage 31 league goals in Ajax

Ogbeni.. Hardly a great team? Really?

When did Liverpool finish 6th when Saurez was around?

Don't dish out wrong facts. Liverpool finished 2nd in 2013-2014 season

God bless you..there is still no rationale for his conclusion...
some people on this thread have a certain pattern the regulars are used to. Hence, it is hard to accept their arguments as 'facts' most of the time.

This Kelechi matter no be here. In one year, the boy has been compared to Dembele, Rashford, Martial, Mbappe, G Jesus, Dybala sef.

Only Kelechi, this young talent from the streets of Imo state, in Nigeria. This happy African boy, this boy who started his career with monkey post grin now being compared to players that were born inside one football academy in Europe or were taught the rudiments by the likes of Beckham, Pele and great names in world football. Before UAE, which big name had Kelechi met in football?

If no be God, how else did Kelechi get to this point? It is a great thing to be mentioned among the world's brightest talents, when last did we have anyone raising Africa's flag in world football like this?

If Kelechi was reading these arguments, he will just be saying "Chineke, onye ka'm bu?" grin grin

even if Monaco starts operating a 4-5-1 like City did last season, Mbappe would still start as one of the wingers simple as that. And I think Man city played two strikers last season at some point...cc GoodJor

Bro I'm not even disputing who is better mbappe is better for now but they are not far off, leave all this french 19 yr old boys na today. U need to see benzema as a 19 yr old in Lyon destroying teams leave matter bro.
Mbappe is what kelechi would have been if guardiola did not come to city, didn't u watch him last season.

On who is skillful.... I say they both are at par... you have not seen Nacho in his skillful elements because of The style he played at city under pellegrini... Nacho is bloody skillful... His games in the US at 17 showed that...

Na only passing you credit Nacho with... you didn't mention His Vision, his strength, his stamina, his Quick feet and quick turns of directions to pick out a teammate when on the ball...

His knack for defence splitting passes...

You are not being specific About Nacho because you don't rate him... Mbappe is some god to you... how classic!

And yes He is far more Clinical than Mbappe.... with the distorted flow of games and little game time he had... compared to Mbappe's smooth run of consistent games... Boyyyy!!! Nacho is damn clinical... he may have scored today before you send him to the bench only to bring him in two months later.. and he goes out there and scores again... that is super clinical at its best... imagine when such player gets a run of games... The monster will come out.

Tho Iheanacho is not lesser of a talent than Mbappe; however, this past season Mbappe has achieved more than Nacho just because of the trust of their respective coaches. Nacho would thrive well at Westham cos Bilic WANTS him. A coach's trust is very key in a players development. I can never ever buy that Iheanacho is not as good as Mbappe cos they have not been given equal oppprtunities in the same comparative season.
I'll never have said it any better

Thanks for this input

I have watched clips of Nacho in the U17 tourney and I'm sorry he is not on par with Mbappe. This isn't even an argument. Go watch Mbappe clips with the French youth team. I've always credited Nacho passing and vision on here. Quick feet?? Seriously?? How many times have you watched Mbappe??

true, the season before. The next season how many did he score? And lets also remember that he missed 10 games of that season yet managed 31 goals? What does that tell you? 31 goals in 28 games compare that to 35 in 33, which league leaks more goals?

Mbappe in Ligue 1 is never on same class as Nacho in the EPL....

Which league is easier for Martial to dominate? The hype Martial came with from Monaco is dead in the EPL. He is not more than average in the EPL but was a big hype in France.

Suarez improved a lot in Liverpool. It took him 2 seasons before he got up to 20 goals.. First half season, only 4 goals.. Second season, 11 goals in 31... Third season, 23 in 31... Fourth season 31 in 33..

Can you see the progression? He did not come to the premier league and start dominating. He got better with time.

Mbappe for all his talent might also need some time to get to that standard if he comes to the premier league.
