Because this is what the banks do , the converted your naira to dollar at an exchange rate on the parallel market in Nigeria which was around 500 plus at that time and there was huge speculation because your naira was still depreciating . After was they converted it to Cedis using the cedi dollar exchange rate

There is Zenith, Access and others lined up where dey sell food. I remember that place is where the central gas is. It is beside a big hall with long steps and opposite the sport complex.
