lanrayx: Your 3.8 might end up in the region of 3.29-3.35. I dropped the website for an unofficial evaluation. If you have your transcript with you, then you can easily calculate and get a rough estimate. All the best |

CanadianNurse: If his TRV is still valid, then its not an issue. If its not, then he has to renew it before he can travel. Your study permit does not allow you re-entry into Canada. I just renewed mine. It took 10days to process. He doesn't need to do bio-metrics or medicals. Cost is C$100. |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 12 by mesh2003(f): 5:42pm On Jun 12, 2017 |
Jay2prosper: Please think 2x before advising people wrongly. Your study permit is not a visa neither is it a travel document. You can have a valid study permit or work permit but you cant enter without a valid TRV. Your TRV has multiple entry not your study permit and you cant be going to school from naija. I travel to the US every other month and has never been asked to present my study permit. They check the validity of my TRV and ask for your status. Its at the discretion of the immigration officer to ask for your study permit when you tell him/her that you are a student and wants to confirm. But always have it on you whenever you are leaving the country. 3 Likes |

CanadianNurse: My study permit and TRV had the same expiry date. I got my PSWP in February. When I renewed my TRV, the expiry date was also the same with my PSWP. |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 12 by CanadianNurse: 5:57pm On Jun 12, 2017 |
mesh2003:Thanks alot.. That means technically ones your study permit is valid then your trv too is valid because they posses the same expiry date |

HELLO NOBLE HOUSE!!!!!!! PLEASE I NEED YOUR ADVICE ON WHAT TO DO. I APPLIED FOR CANADIAN STUDY PERMIT THIS YEAR JANUARY, I GOT A MESSAGE FINALLY FROM CIC THAT I WAS REFUSED DUE TO THE FOLLOWING REASONS You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:purpose of visit and secondly Section 40(1)(a): For directly or indirectly misrepresenting or withholding material facts relating to a relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in the administration of this Act; BUT am welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee. PLEASE WHWT DO I DOOOOOO!!!!!! I NEED YOUR HELP!!!!!!!! |

Chibabe4Christ: Hello boss, Please tell us what you did? Did you use an agent? If yes, ask your agent questions about what he or she filled and documents submitted. If no, how genuine are the documents you submitted? Have you ever being denied visa by another country? If yes, did you state it on the form? If No, then yawa dey. However, please provide us with details of your profile. Also order for your gcms notes to get the full gist of your misrepresentation issue. Best regards. 1 Like |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 12 by bbclue(f): 7:35pm On Jun 12, 2017 |
iseise: Firstly you can asked for your case file and know the real misrepresentation there. ... Because it could mean fraud of which you know nothing about...and you know that when you sum it fake document it could mean five years BAN from Canada. . Or permanent ..... It is well |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 12 by AAOL: 7:54pm On Jun 12, 2017 |
Chibabe4Christ: Hello. This is a fair report considering the fact that you got a mail initially for misrepresentation. Its good to know you are not ban or inadmissible. If its ban, the VO would have ticked the box for ban or inadmissible. All you would do now is to order for a GCMS note to have a good idea on the VO's perception about your application, reapply and hope for the best. Cheers! |
