Whose mailing address? If it's the collection address it has to be abuja where your interview took place, however if it's your own mailing address for the purpose of correspondence then it has to be yours

Now, I want to reapply myself,
(1) can I start afresh with a different email?
(2) Won't there be no recourse to my formal application in terms of some information.

All you need is your previous application number and the answer to the security question, with that, you can log into your previous application form and then you take it from there. For your interview booking, you need to log into the account that was initially created for you or contact support to update your profile using a new account as your details have already been created.

1. Call the customer care and attach your profile to a new email address. Or else the agent can change you form without your knowledge.
2. Your previous profile and form filed will forever remain in their database, I hope it was truthfully filled, if not come clean when filling a new form.
3. You can fill a new form, but the old form is forever in their database. And if what you have filled is different from the first form, you will be questioned about it.

No one can tell you your chance. I'm curious are you married? do you have kids? have you travel out of Nigeria before? these are some of the ties you should assess yourself with before going ahead to pay the N64000.

Go to any photo studio and inform them that you want to take American visa passport photograph and specifically tell them to send a digital copy to your phone/email/whatsapp.. so no need to scan all you will do is upload the picture directly to your ds160 form.
The travel plan is for those who have a specific plan on when they want to arrive and depart from U.S,where they wanna visit etc.

@bolded. The way to ensure that is "not to apply".

Applying always carries the risk of denial; and it could be due no intentional fault of yours.
A good approach for you, to avoid denial due to fault on your part, is to study this thread from page 1. You will get all the tips you need, be able to assess your ties and circumstances, and build your confidence to tell the truth clearly and defend it at your interview. Wish you all the best.

By asking your erudite professor in school, your HR department in the office or Google.
If you use google, just be very cautious that it is legit and that it relates to your field. By the way, why do you want to go for the conference? Why spend so much on the trip? Are there no conferences in other places? Of what benefit is the conference to you? .. to your company? These are the kind extra questions if you answer first, it will help you in your decision/choice of conference to attend.
