I pay between N35 and N50 in Ibadan, depending on the complexity of the job.

I am the General Contractor of my site and dictate/control what goes on. Any artisan that thinks otherwise is walked off the site and never to return.

I'm firm but fair. The long term artisans get's gifts periodically over the years. One just called this AM that he needs money and I've sent it - he's not doing anything on site for now.

We are now at lintel level
