Hi, I have a friend offering to help me submit my documents directly to the school, but I saw on the school website that they don't accept documents from a third part, (my friend is not offering a paid service he just wants to help), please I would like to know if submitting on my behalf will make the process fast or still the same time with the people applying directly online..
submit what exactly ? Notarized documents or what ? And yes a 3rd party cannot go to the to help you submit. The best thing your friend can help you do is use a courier company over there to help you submit your documents over to and that only happens if you've done the online application

Good day fellows in the house, to those who have gotten the travel health insurance before, which company provides a 3month health insurance at the cheapest price?

Would appreciate your kind and prompt response.

You mean someone wants to help you with a fresh application for next admission?

If that is what you meant, I can say that the person is still going to apply through Dream Apply.

It is exactly what they told you now that I was told when I wanted to apply. In fact I didn't know anything about study in Estonia. Someone told me sweet things about the country, and told me to send my documents to him via email. Within two or three weeks, he told me that he has a guarantee that I will get my admission. He said I should just be following the process step by step as he would instruct, and I that should be getting ready for the journey. That was in early February.

But later I asked myself why I should just trust someone to handle an admission for me in Estonia while I was handling myself other admissions processes to Canada and Australia. And I was in the dark about the admission in Estonia as the guy wasn't offering me details of what he was doing. It was becoming frustrating too as I wasn't getting communication from the school to even ascertain they got my application and documents.

Then I did google search about the school, I discovered there is a timetable for every step, and there is a platform called Dream Apply where every application is entered, and all replies from schools are gotten.

So I confronted the guy about Dream Apply, he refused to reply any of my questions regarding Dream Apply. At one point, I wanted to add an application for studying Quantitative Economics (as I got an invitation to apply for the course) in TU, this guy still didn’t reply me on my querry whether he used Dream Apply for my first application. And there is this warning that two Dream Apply profiles should not be opened. Instead he told me I should relax because he got me the best. I felt like a fool for not being in charge of my own application.

To cut a long story short. I just kept faith in him. At the end, just before I was called for interview, he handed over an email he opened for me and the Dream Apply code. The same Dream Apply he pretended he didn’t know it existed. I was furious!

My sister, think before you act. I think may be there is a recognition from the school when these people act as an applicant's agent. I think that is why the school ask how you know about them during interview. If you put your application in another person's hands, he or she will get it done but you might not be in control of it.

Lest I forget, you are still going to send the notorised copies to the school yourself. If you are going for Masters , your school will send the transcript. The person helping you there will be telling you what to do at every stage. But you can do it all by yourself.

applying through a friend or agent can be frustrating like some people rightly said. For me, its all about the person and what trust you have. i applied through a friend/agent and i paid money but i have no regrets. The person actually supervised the whole process for me and a friend and we both got our D-visa and applied for TRP as early as May 15. Infact i have gotten mail from the police and border guard as regards my TRP. I will list advantages and disadvantages below

advantages
1. what you dont know, you dont know.
2. information is power
3. There is nothing like having someone who has gone tru a step putting you tru. Here in nairaland, noone owes you any info and most info are facevalue not indepth. e.g my insurance cost is 99euros made in estonia and am seeing 197 by so many comments.
4. the process is quite simple but tactical. you need experience a bit.

disadvantages
1. you may sometimes be frustrated keeping up to date with your application.
2. trust and honesty factor of the person involved
3. money involved
All in all its all about trust and the integrity of the person helping you out. little silly error can cause you delays and this will surely affect your timing all to the point of visa application. my testimony is quite simple. i used a friend/agent and my TRP is surely ready before arrival.
Many might have counter testimony but my word remains "what you dont know, you dont know"

list of issues this person solved includes

1. my bsc result had a name differences with my passport
2. my other guy works in dubai and he increased his passport age before leaving nigeria, so he had different birth dates on result and international passport. the agent corrected this and his docs was accepted.
3. he applied for business management(degree) and was rejected. the friend helped and he was allowed to choose environmental specialist without having to go tru ENIC NARIC allover. and he has his visa as well. we both went to india. few people here who speak to me privately can bear witness to all my stories.

lastly nobody is ready to be giving you time, chatting and updating you when they dont stand anything to gain from the process.

END OF NOTE: if you trust the person, spare that little bucks for your own convenience.

Please am not offering assistance to anyone privately, am only sharing my experience.

Seems your application went pretty smooth and fast, thats a heck of a story you just told, and you gave a very good explanation, well everything in life requires patients, thanks a lot for the insights.

But how did you got your own Estonia Visa? I read through the pages and it seems people are now having problems getting India Visa, can you please explain how you were able to archive this?..

EUROACADEMY

An insurance of 92euros for my age 27
the other guy 102 euros for his age 31 both one year insurance

NOTE: Your insurance must start from the date you intend entering schengen area. thats what i was told while applying at the Estonia Embassy in New Delhi, India.

NO. am not in Estonia yet. aint no reason to rush down when school starts sept 1.

moreover Estonia embassy in Delhi dated my visa August 26, that is 5 days before program starts. which means i cant use the visa until August 26.

NOTE: Visa application to India was easy because i live in Dubai. But the admission needed to be sorted out before applying for Indian visa anyway. Here you just make application along with prove of admission and pay roughly 70k. no interview ,nothing else. and your passport gets delivered to you by courier all within 15days.

Good. You got your admission early, that was why your visa and TRP application were smooth. I am still battling to get visa.

The person helping me is always forming busy, let's say I am mostly on my own since the interview. Although he offers small tips.

For where. My admission came late from Euroacademy, so I am battling visa.

I discovered my agent delayed in responding to the school in some instances, may be that was why the admission delayed. But he told me admission to Euroacademy this year was nothing like they have ever seen, and the school started acting strange. He said over 300 applicants from Nigeria alone.

You have an entry visa. Then one way ticket will work.

But if you have a tourist visa, it's two way ticket.
