I thank God that despite 9 yrs plus of ttc, I and dh cld still hold hands and laugh, my marriage is waxing stronger each day against d wishes of d enemy. I thank God for healing and restoring my joy. I lost my job last year and lost all my life savings and was in a huge debt. I was so depressed, and i lost touch wd d world. I almost left my home. Thank God for a loving, caring and God fearing dh. He cooked dinner for us b4 i came back from evening service and he prayed some wonderful prayers for me. He sd i shd watch out for surprises. Hmmm, i can't wait. I am blessed. It may not always be heaven, but I knw d match was definitely made from there. I return all glory to God Almighty for everything. I knw God is not done wd me yet, i knw he will perfect that which concerns me, i knw he will comfort me on every side n grant d desires of my heart, for d thought he has toward me is for good.

I used to take a walk outside d office during lunch break, aside from d vit from d sun, it is advisable to stretch ur legs once in a while if ur work involve sitting down for hours. it was when we we went for hsg at echoscan that i saw the prices..sfa is 2500 naira, hormonal assy 15k.

dh has said that we will never ever smell that hospital again....
i wonder the people that were praising them, what they even saw to praise them for....
dh plans to redo the sfa at echo scan later on

i am sorry for not replying then,it must have been an oversight,but if you go through my old post you will read where even if i listed it among fertility clinics in Benin city i still give a notice but all the same,i apologise.Yes,both samples are collected in their lab,the s.f.a result was written in their hospital form so most likely it's done there.shey me i did a copy,i asked my friend if she has results of all the test she did,she replied no.I asked her if they did follicular monitoring prior/during the iui she could not tell because she does not understand Internet that much and as such would not have known that she was to be monitored.As for Echoscan,you know it used to be Benin radiological,echoscan i think is like kind of a franchise,since they just started laboratory analysis,it would be good and again,i think their system of Ha is like some other places own where you can pay for individual parameters.
Minwhile,the Graceland place is always crowded like dugbe market...

was in echoscan a few days ago for hsg..it was cool..even though many people were there..they were fast and efficient...and the hsg wasnt super painful as my experiences in st bridget.

also about the results, i trust my dh...he asked them for copies and they willingly gave him to go make copies.
though their results are handwritten...yuck!!!
in this 2017..hand written results again, after paying such high fees.

funny enuff, graceland wasnt crowded the few times we went there....abi people don begin run away?

I asked about them too previously, i think when i was using my old moniker "Ayaayo" and didn't get a lot of response. But from some reviews i read, some were not pleased about with the Dr and some had great reviews about him and got bfp there

One thing i noticed when i visited was that, he would consult with you first for free to know what you actually want before telling you to register, so at least you know if you would want to continue with them. I think they close by 4pm so you should be there b4 4pm, although when i complained to the nurse she said it is not true.

I ended up not using them cos DH wasn't ready to go the medical line and neither interested in IUI

I either take 4-5 Serrapeptase together with 4 Wobenzyme or 4-5 Serrapeptase together with 2-3 nattokinase first thing in the morning on empty stomach and last thing at night few hours after dinner. I do take the Chinese teas 30mins b4 breakfast and take 2 woman best friend after meal morning and night with other supplements I'm using.

Hello Mamas in the House. Today makes it 5weeks I had my Laparoscopy surgery at OAUTH to remove Ovarian Cyst. The cyst was discovered in Feb 2016 when I had an Ultrasound scan before taking Clomid. Since then, I've had my period but some pain and some digestive disturbances. After taking different remedies, I made up my mind to have a surgery(first in my life) this year after another ultrasound showed another cyst on the left ovary(although after the surgery the Dr told me it was just one on my right ovary but it was big and joined to the left ovary) and I was just tired as I was not ovulating and can't be stimulated. I decided to have a Lap because I couldn't get a month off work;I just got a new job, and I did not want to be cut open . I checked at Lasuth but was told they don't perform Lap surgery only diagnostic. Private hospital was not an option because of the cut throat prices. I started my investigation and came across Oauth website, got the contact(on the website) and went for consultation and afterwards the surgery. I thank God for how everything worked out. I was favoured and helped by God. Left the hospital by noon the next day back to Lagos( my Husband drove). Rrecovery was gradual and not too painful. A 43 yr old woman also had a myomectomy that same day and was already sitting before I left. .consultation holds on Mondays in Ife Oauth and on Thursdays at Wesley hospital in Ilesha, but the surgery holds in Ife Oauth. Total cost of the surgery I would say just budget like 100k(you probably won't spend more than 80k, but just factor in extra cost).
The only downside is the stress of govt hospital if you are used to private hospital, you might find this stressful and sometimes annoying....you just have to be patient.....very patient E.g payment of bills and dropping lab samples. The Drs were very professional and they seem very competent to me.....infact some of the complain some oyinbo pple complained of on the internet, I just had a short episode of those complaints . My incisions have healed and closed and On the way to full recovery. I thank God for a smooth, successful surgery and of course safe journey to Ife and back to Lagos. true but at that point there are usually physical symptoms.
Best way to get vit d3 is early morning sun exposure b4 11am. The sun will convert d2 to d3.
y I usually dont advice messing with d vitamin is fat soluble and can disrupt other vital process.

After yesterday's post I noticed the womens supplement im on had vit d3. Dat should be enuff for any1 till a test of d3 deficiency is diagnosed.
