same her bro. my eligibility still says we will send u a msg wen we start reviewing your eligibility. im beginning to lose hope for fall 2017. i have sent 2 CSE AND 2 EMAILS yet nothing from them. i think paper route would have been the best option.

I think you have all the information you need. Call them and they will explain what you need to do. Get first hand information from them.

Hope ur dad didn't receive a lump sum weeks before u submitted ur application, there r so many angles to it.

This can only be God...
Very simple...

Paid Tuition and rent.. (This was key)

Just imagine an applicant paying tuition..rent and have his living expenses wired to his newly opened Canadian account from Naija.

Except the VO was sent by village people shocked

I love the payment of rent aspect....thats serious faith that the VO had no option but to approve o cos getting refund for accommodation no b here.

No strong home tie...
No employment...
tho we dont know what was written via SOP..

Sincerely from the various application profile we hav seen that were denied. This is a Miraculous Approval!!!!

Yes oo!! A VO can wake up on the wrong side of the bed and begin to take his anger on applicants by just erractically denying TRV applications. That is the nature of discretion. It shall not be mine or yours in the matchless name of Jesus!!

If i were you..and this people are truly sponsors like for real. (i.e this fund is available). I dont but the idea of all this too many co-sponsor wen u can pay n hav d cash...let them jst b there in case of emergency,

You already paid fees.
Get your living expenses paid into your account..something a little above CAD10k maybe 15k

If you want to take a lil risk you can open a Canadian bank acct and send it there.

Make deposit for school hostel reservation..it is usually £100 in U.K. to keep a room for you in sch hostel.

Why all this??
The Major reason you were denied was funding and purpose of visit...i followed ur case.

If u paid ur fees...your rent and room reserved...then ur living xpenses in ur canadian account.. You nailed that aspect...cos u hav all evidence and hav shown full commitment.

Are you employed?
If YES get a leave letter and letter of introduction.
If NO try to see if you can get employment from any relation or fam biz.

Let your SOP finish the rest...especially on why u chose d course..school and how ur pgd will improve ur skill n consequently the Nigeria economy at large. You can tell a story about your dreams/passion centered around ur course and developing back home..and don't sound desperate.

If you want to go extra mile....get a consent letter from ur gf hopefully stating that u ar getting married after your program here in Nigeria...i fit even put engagement pics seff aa evidence...
Make i see why thunder no go fire devil.

I wont recommend paying for a room when you are not there in Canada yet. What if you don't get a TRV? You just loose your money for no reason. Paying your tuition and opening a bank account in Canada and transferring money there is enough for a slam dunk that you will need.

Go read their cv, I mean the prof you are interested in. Read their research work and interests and try to tailor your research topic to theirs. Also you might need to research into applying to schools that don't need a supervisor until after you are admitted, one is appointed for you. Queens and University of Sask et al.

We continue to process applications as quickly as possible in the order they were received.

Information on office processing times can be found here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/index.asp

To check the status of your application, please consult these instructions: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=029&top=3

We trust that you will find this information useful.

Sincerely,

University of Saskatoon doesn't exist. You must be doing something wrong I believe. Try Univesity of Calgary, it was as easy as ABC for me getting a supervisor. Keep trying and trying everything and everywhere, you will succeed at last.

And if someone doesn't respond, don't give up. Keep writing and disturbing them like that persistent woman in the Bible who nearly wore a judge off and he gave her what she wanted. Persistence pays off and is an important ingredient of success in research and graduate school.

Kindly explain better what u mean by this. does it mean u r a present student of Unizik? and u didn't include that in ur app?
Had 2 yr gap but didn't include it(still a student via Unizik )

Do u mean d 7M is d closing amount and 5M is d opening balance?
Dad's statement of account. Closing amount 7mil
End balance 5 mil (submitted only dad's SOA)

How did u evaluate the worth of the property?
Landed property worth 2.8 mil

Big congrats @glam4444.

Quick question. Those that got their police clearance in other states, what stamp is affixed to the document? Is it the Alagbon police office in Lagos or the stamp of their state police CID office? I am trying to figure out if these different state police headquarters all run their checks through Lagos.
