Go back and re-watch the episode, you will see that as Sam was leaving there was fire on one of the towers.
That's the fire that always burns in the citadel, more like a chimney and not sam burning down the citadel

I think we are now going to find out why the lord of light has been resurrecting that one-eye brotherhood guy. He will play a big role in the capturing of the wight.

I think Cersei is indeed pregnant, but she might miscarriage which makes the witch prophecy valid.

Arya already resetting Sansa's brain with one look. I still stand by what I said that Sansa is Useless. Just imagine if it was Littlefinger who was there instead of Arya? She isn't even a Stark, she's a Bolton.

My dear, you said the bitter truth. Arya read Sansa like a book. I have been saying it all these while that Sansa is just useless. Arya has confirmed it. Arya knows Sansa very well as sisters and knows that Sansa loves nice things to feel better than everyone (so that she doesn't feel bad about herself being useless) . I guess bran must have seen this dubious treacherous behavior in her that's why he wasn't pleased in seeing her again. I won't, if I was in his shoes.

Can't wait for when Arya will slice LF throats he has been playing everybody, and this is where it ends, Arya will confront sansa and that when Sansa will put two and two together, won't be surprised if LF dies in the next episode @ the hands of Arya killed by his own dagger

Jon snow is the true heir to the Iron throne. Dany has no choice than to bend a knee and also her backside too for some lashing for being naughty wink

This is bad news for Sansa and her fans. grin

I still think Gendry is not a bastard, he is more like Jon.

I think Gendry is Cersei kid which she had with Robert B., but she gave him away to die. But Gendry survived.

You Sansa fans are really funny.
When sansa wanted to kill children and the entire family of karstark and the other one, you all hailed her and even said she is getting smart and learning from cersei. Now, the table have turned and you have changed mouth yet again claiming that she did the right thing. For real?
One thing you have to know is that Arya is not aware about the night king, so her defending Jon is 100% legit.

Infact, Arya confirmed all what I have been saying all these while that Sansa is jealous and looking for a way to oust Jon. Before you comment and start defending, Arya knows Sansa very well, hence she read her like a book and stated the obvious.
believe me when I say I'm neither a Sansa nor Arya fan.
I'm strictly #TeamNightKing. With that out of the way :

Sansa never said anything about killing the karstark or umber kid..... They were simply to be stripped of their ancestral homes, which will be subsequently passed to houses that remained loyal to the starks. I wonder if you and your people purposely overlook or reconstruct certain scenes the way you want them to be to suit your argument.
Arya might be a skilled killer now but she isn't exactly showing much wits about her.
The last time she saw Sansa was in season 1 and you think Sansa is still the same person she was then?
If there is anyone who hasn't changed a bit, it's Arya. Still the hothead with no regard for diplomacy. Her little outburst was the reason Sansa's dire wolf- lady had to pay with her life instead of Arya's Nymeria.

Yes, the one that demanded that the soldiers of an opposing army submit to her rule, or get barbecued, using their oga and his son to set an example.

What would have been an acceptable punishment for people who would have killed her moments ago when they were caught. She even gave them the choice to bend the knees. Thats more benevolent than anyone would have done either in medieval times or modern time

LF have started plotting his death... There is no way he is escaping this time...He is surrounded and he knows that... Knowing Arya is now a sword woman and Bran revealing to him "chaos is a ladder"... And still going deceitfully to collide the two sisters is suicidal.... he is a caged rat now but the death that will take a dog does not allow it perceive the smell of feaces....

If Jon seats on the iron throne.... Whoever marries sansa and am suspecting Gendry, will winterfell still be of the starks This is really boggling me.

I also think LF time is up.

What's the difference between killing and sending innocent children out of their ancestral home without anything during a looming war battle in the 7 kingdoms? It is still death sentence , which you guys boasted about saying it was a smart move forgetting that they need all the lords and armies to fight the night king.
also, you have to acknowledge the fact that Arya knows Sansa very well just the way Sansa knew where Arya will go when she arrived at winterfell. They knew themselves from little and there are some characters you can't change. Arya saw that today, and reminded Sansa of her desperation to want beautiful things and her openly mischievous way to get Jon snow ousted.

Well, from the revelation today, Jon is the legitimate heir to the Iron throne, so Sansa has no choice than to bend a knee at the end.

Robert Baratheon started a new line.
assuming he had been successful in wiping out the whole Targaryen line, then the throne would rightfully belong to the Baratheon line.
So for all intents and purposes, he was just a caretaker king.

This makes it obvious what his plot could be. He wants to create enmity between the two starks, bring trouble and gain control of Sansa mind. From there he can attain to be the Lord if Winterfell.
But he forgot someone, the all seer, Brandon Stark.

Hahaha. ... I just thought of Him (bran stark) when I watched the episode the second time, I think His (littlfinger) plot will back fire base on the abilities of The three eye raven just like you rightly pointed out.

There is no rightful heir. The Iron Throne belongs to whoever is sitting on it.

But you can have a claim i.e if one of your family member has been a king before.

The throne use to be for the Targeryans since Aegon conquered the seven Kingdoms.

Robert Baratheon changed that when he usurped Aerys.

TheKingIsHere:
This episode was superb. No action but highly enjoyable. Here are my thoughts so far:

1. The Lannister's soldiers are a bunch of sissies. After watching dickon tarley and his father get burnt alive by drogon, they quickly bent a knee. Some were ready to prostrate sef. Lol.

2. Cersei is pregnant for Jamie once again and Jamie doesn't seem too happy about it.

3. Did the night king dispersed bran's warg from those raven? That's is awesome and powerful. This guy is currently unstoppable as it stands.

4. It is confirmed, Jon snow is a targeyrian as drogon the dragon acknowledges Jon's targeyrian heritage. Dany was even surprised. I expect to see Jon as king of the north and of all kingdom ride the dragon in season 8. This is bad news for Sansa and her fans. cheesy

5. Sansa is a jealous witch and even Arya noticed that. Sansa watched and kept quiet as other lords complained about Jon's absence without her putting them in order.
In Arya's words "You always liked nice things, it made you feel better than everyone." This is an indirect mockery of Sansa. Then Arya hits the nail on the head saying "And if Jon doesn't come back, you will need their support to get you what you truly want". This shows that Arya, Sansa's own sister knows that the useless one is trying to oust Jon indirectly so she can get full control.

6. Ser Davos is one of the best diplomats in game of thrones. I love the way he handled those lannisters guards with easy and bribed them to think all is well. Too bad Tyrion showed at the wrong time and those soldiers ended up dying for it.

7. Is good to see ser jorah looking fresh and clean again. But he has to accept that dany has friend zoned him.

8. Sam finally got some balls, stole some important books and set the rest on fire. The best part was when he rode of feeling all badass. cheesy

9. Little finger my man, this is one guy that everyone underrates in the show. He is very smart, cunny and tactical in his dealings. Loved the ways he watched Arya from the shadows, that will always give you the creeps. I believe that he is trying to set up a Sansa vs Arya fight but it might be exposed and he will likely pay for it with his life.

10. Beric meets with Jon snow. This is one of the plans the Lord of light has for him and Jon. Nero. Sold purpose is to help Jon, once that is accomplished, he will die finally.

Some of your conclusions are laughable makes me wonder if we really watch the same thing.

Firstly Lannister soilders bunch of sissies really. Tell me what you will do if a small boy of 9 uses a dragon you never thought existed to roast somebody you truly respect. And asked you to bend the knee, you will still stand there looking like a boss? Sure sure. SMH

What makes you think Jamie wasn't happy. Did we watch different scenes

Lol your 4th point got me laughing, so through out the episode that's the only thing you pick that confirmed Jon a legitimate Targerayn? Well done Sir!

Here you go again keeping me puzzled? Sam burned books

What makes you think Beric's purpose isn't to help the hound instead? Doesn't really matter does it TheKingIsHere has spoken and we mere mortals must heed his saying SMH
