It's accordingly. If it wasn't, there would be no qualifier to the warning: get a master's not a certificate program that most times imperils an application for visa.

What do you advise people that cant get into a Masters program because of very GPA to do? Canada is highly competitive. I remember that my sister who had a 3rd class in law couldn't get an admission for a Masters program in law in Canada. Even the admission officers of the schools she applied to advised her to go through PGD first. She applied with the same grade to Robert Gordon University in Scotland UK, and got admission. Today she has a PHD. If you look at your previous posts on PGD, they are not encouraging to future applicants. You should focus your energy on helping PGD applicants on how to package their applications since we all know that PGD applicants still get their TRV. What are they doing differently is what we should be asking and not to warn or discourage people.

First sorry for the delay, I will advise you reapply again cos if you can repackage well you will get it approved this time. Pls help me answer these few questions: 1.How much is your tuition fee?
2. How much did your uncle pledge to commit for your studies and upkeep?
3. Is your uncle the sole signatory to the company's account?
Before you answer I think if your uncle can pay your tuition fee and your upkeep (atleast CAD10,000) into your personal bank account then you will be fine on the side of funds. Atleast with this you will have something in your account to show.
NB: No matter how much our sponsors are pledging for our studies as long as we are aroun
-d the age of 20yrs above I THINK it will be WISE to also include our own statement of account no matter how small the cash in it is(it will help tackle personal asset).



My tuition fee is 25000 cad dollar yearly.
My uncle pledged 60000 Cad dollar
Ny uncle is the sole signatory to his company.It is his personal company.
I have up to 500000 naira in my account but i did not submit my bank statement because the money is not from employment and could not be linked to employment as i have not been paid.The money is my savings from my 2 siblings who live abroad.it is a sort of support from them towards my proposed study.
I am 25 years last month.

I won't buy the idea of you quitting. I read a case where @Austinpee4 narrate a case of someone who was denied about 4 or 5 times and almost gave up. Not until the last attempt and was given.

If you give up then you have been wasting your time all this while.

Never ever give up, it's never an option.

Stories aside, order for you file.
At the bolded above, I have I have some questions for you if you can answer.

1. What's your Age bracket?

2. How long have you been working?

3. Do you have a bank account where you receive salary?

4. Are you married or single?

My questions are based on my logical thoughts why you maybe denied.

You just have to reapply because you are bound to succeed.

I am single( 25 years). i have my parents and 3 of my siblings in Nigeria.I have only started a proper job in April and i have still not received any salary yet( Local govt employee)

Good, u said ur uncle pledged 60k, is the 25k (tuition fee) part of it? if it is then the balance will be 35k. So I will suggest he pays that amount into ur personal account so u can print ur statement of account + ur 500k. there's no harm in u submitting ur statement as the 500k has origin (all u need say on ur sop is that the 500k is from ur siblings for ur studies). From my little calculation CAD35k = #10.5mil so that's almost how much he has to pay into ur account for ur upkeep (though the minimum cic request for is CAD10K = #3million ).
Let ur uncle state in his letter of support the money he is pledging and give the date he pays the money into ur account (u will also state it in ur own sop)

The truth is that all of us cannot come from money readily available homes and God in His infinite wisdom has called me into a humble background. Not all of us have the privilege of quickly obtaining loan, be it from banks or humans

Did He make mistake in awarding me this scholarship? NO! Under no circumstances should I be admitted to UWO due to low 2.2 grade, but just one application to a school, a supervisor was reading available and I was admitted without delay.

All i am trying to say is that, God has and will always use the foolish things of this world to confound the wisdom of men. He has made a provision of "explanation" for me in the cic request, if for any reason I feel i will not be able to meet up with the request.

I am totally with the option of obtaining loan to pay my tuition (me wan chop trv nah grin grin, who will not want to?)
But, if God doesn't permit me to borrow by not sending whom I could borrow from, I will not still be shake for I serve a God who has the heart of kings in His Hands and control them as it pleases Him, The God who rules over the affairs of men.
No man can cage God by a rule, not even canadian VOs.

I truly appreciate every of your contributions.
It shall end in praise.


I just want to say that with God ALL things are possible ..... As humans we may have our doubts but He said, ask anything and I will grant of you, that your joy may be complete (full). John 16:24. And if we can just believe (have faith), it'd be established.

My profile was online! As for the study gap, I graduated since 2008. Some people say that once u have long gap from school it's an issue i.e not having any academic qualifications on ur record. But it's not true! I had my doubts as a human! But I remembered God is still God and applied!
