My landlord has only shown up twice in 8 years, and both times to do maintenance.

He is not rude in any way.

I remember when i serve for Abia na d only landlady i like be that.....her rule was very hard at first but i made it simple.

1. Dont bring in a lady to this house.

2. Your male friends should leave by 7:00pm.

Mine is not there he is above 70 years old. He left the house for me and won't bother to come and settle issues in the compound.
