everG: Okies @ Customer service/sales and marketing. Not sure I understand perfectly how you intend to copy the HR manager of outsourcing agency but I think it's Ok to have your direct line manager sign for you a reference letter and as someone suggested, all he needs to do is to mention the outsourcing agencies as your primary employer. Alternatively, have the two agencies write their references (write for them) and signed mentioning your secondary employer. @ Chuglothen Acknowledged as a really small office but did they have any pay slip format? Also, how many years did you spend with them and what year did you leave them? |

chuglothen:All they needed to see on your payslip is your earnings. Tax payment is not required on the slip. Just normal deduction if any, should reflect...that's all. |

To peeps who have a degree and not sure of which occupation best suites there needs; first of go through the MLTSSL and combined occupation list,if your occupation isn't there, try to look at the occupation closely related to your field on the list, get the Job description from anzsco search and see if your course modules or job functions tally. E.g graduate in Bsc. Political sciences but work in HR department: job title maintenance contract officer. This is not on any list but hr officer, clerk, recruitment consultant are on the combined list with JD similar to the Mtce contract officer duties. Then the applicant can go ahead with any of these options, may not be able to claim points for degree if there is no module in the transcript that suggest clerical or admin skills but would definitely get positive assessment with years of expirence. Also 20 points English test may be a booster. This is mainly my opinion. 1 Like |

Good morning house, please I need your advice on this Australian journey, I have read the threads and am up to date to some extent but still need clarifications. I have a B.Eng in Agric Engineering and an M.Sc in Environmental Engineering but have been working as a banker(operations department) with 5yrs experience, from what I got from EA site I am supposed to provide relevant experience in my field of study(Engineering) which I don't have apart from the 1yr nysc i did with Nigerian Bottling Company, at this point i need advice on what i am supposed to do? which of the occupations should i choose? If anyone have or had this experience please advice a brother. @Bellong and other elders pls advice me. |

Re: General Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa Through Skilled Migration. by lalaazo: 12:28pm On Aug 20, 2017 |
sunboy4000:Experience can substitute for qualification in some cases but it all depends on your assessing body requirements. First things first; What is your passion? Banking or engineering Secondly if say your forte is banking, do u have any formal training, professional qualifications; AACA,ICAN et'al.? You need to decide what you want then ppl in the chosen field can advise you accordingly. |

sunboy4000: O' contrary, EA doesn't make employment in your field mandatory to assess you. If you read the thread or the EA MSA booklet you can complete the CDR application by writing career episode based on undergraduate studies, research, projects, SIWES. What you need to be sure of now is if the course in your transcript will cover for u if assessing as an environmental engineer professional or not. That your Agric Engineering is what I don't know what it really entails. What kind of courses were taken? |

mamajaz: Hi mama. I didn't get the mail. But I have read your testimony about your friend. I feel very strong to apply for a review. Just waiting for their paper report, to file in. Thanks so much. On your own case, I suggest you wait it out for APHRA. Even if you're short of point after your positive assessment from your assessing body, you have many state nominating your profession. |
