Please house, I want to apply for my GCMS note, the one I have to pay $5 for. I understand it takes less time to process because I want to reapply as soon as I can.
Please advise.

Hello, here is the link.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-atip.asp

https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/requesterInformation

The challenge is you need someone who resides in Canada legally to apply on your behalf. it is CAD $5.
You will have to fill and sign a consent form IMM5744 and send to the person that wants to apply on your behalf.

Regards

If I should start getting a new admission now like prepharmacy don't u think It will take time??...cos m.not employed yet I really don't want to waste more time.

I think if you want to do pharmacy you should pursue pharmacy or gain admission to an MSc degree and switch to a pharmacy degree afterwards. Coming from a life science background I think it would be very hard to sell a PGD for pharmacology as I think there are very few PGDs that present as logical progression.

To those whose study permit application got refused for one reason or another, GET YOUR GCMS file! No need rushing to reapply. If your situation or information hasn't changed substantively since the refusal, there is high likelyhood that the re-application will be refused for same reason(s) and there will be little reason to expect a different decision.

Your ONLY chance to put an air tight reapplication is when you know the officer's information as surmised or inferred in your file. DO NOT underestimate your immigration file because once CANADA refuses your visa application, most top destination countries will have that information and it will stick with you for atleast a decade or 5 years to say a minimum. Do not give them continous reason(s) to refuse your application on same grounds. Each reapplication is treated as a new application but information from any previous application will be used as reference for the new application.

This thing has been buttressed here repeatedly. Please, don't take a chance to get a good immigration record for granted. Get it right in your new application.

To our newbies and silent followers, it will not be enough to silently read or assume you have put in a good application. If you have any doubt whosoever about your documents or any information about your application before you apply, come out of hiding and get help. Nobody is an island of whatsoever kind of knowledge, it's a collective effort to get things right. It is seemingly getting tougher by the day for study permit applications coming from Nigeria. The scrutiny is increasingly stringent even with an assumed good application. However, this new development will require re-strategizing with cogent and vital information that will present you as a genuine student irrespective of which level of study your proposed program is.

CALM DOWN and get your GCMS file! It will help you.

I also applied to Fanshawe College(NSA 1) for the Winter 2018 programme. I guess its the college's admission policy,to pay this deposit before they offer you a full letter of admission. I suggest you pay your 1st semester full tuition. And i doubt you can use you mastercard to pay for that 2300,so just go to the bank to process it. I am a silent reader here, but I have been following the threads.

The man... I applied to Fanshawe too.. advanced film production/making. Winter 2018 too.. they sent me confirmation of my receipt buh they haven't said much if I should pay the 2300 for full admission letter.. so I'm thinking maybe because it's still till may that's why they are quiet. Cos my friend applied as against may 2018.. and they already told him to pay... have they told you to pay?

I submitted since June 1..
School resumes September 7 and I haven't heard anything from CIC
Is it advisable to send a mail to them?
Or should I wait till whenever a decision is made on my application then defer my admission to January after getting my VISA?
