deemoni007:It's a good step in the right direction that you want to do it yourself. This will help you understand the whole process and it's requirements. Unfortunately, i may not be able to give personal guide to you as all the information and guide you need are on here. There is hardly anything i may say or advice that hasn't been discussed here. Make out sometime to read from the last part of this thread(Part 12) till this part. All you need have been discussed. Where you have difficulty in understanding any issue raised with perculiarity to your case, you can ask specific questions and they will be answered. By the time you have gotten to the advanced stage of gathering your documents, i can gladly help in reviewing your SOP and give an overview. N/b. Do well to take down your mobile number from your post, i have already removed it from the quoted one. Regards bro. |

mightyola: They've not told me to pay the 2300k sef... just receipt of my received payment. Buh my friend that just applied last week was told yesterday to pay the 2300. His program starts may next yet while mine starts September. So I'm confused |

YoungJ61: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/publications/delay.asp "Some prospective international students need to provide a police certificate. This can also take time, but you can avoid delays by getting it done early. While the basic student visa application does not include the need for a police certificate, individual missions may ask for them later in the process, depending on your country of origin, for example" As you've already submitted don't stress it, as you said many people have gotten a trv without one |

congrats to those that got their approvals and to those delayed,,Never give Up....my question is, i applied to a college for PGD early this month, after first conditional offer and request for my transcript, i haven't heard from them again until last Friday i emailed them and they said they will get back to me soon, is this normal? 1 Like |

smoothvee: " They've not told me to pay the 2300k sef... just receipt of my received payment."..Please explain further,is it the $100 App fee you are referring to?. You need to wait for them to write you, that you are admissible for the programme, and that's after they have gone through your application and credentials, then they will ask you to make the payment, before you are given a provisional offer letter. |

mightyola: Yea exactly.. all am saying is that my friend that I applied befor him got his "admissible letter " before me so I'm just looking for someone that has winter 2018.. to know if they've gotten.. cos I uploaded uncertified transcript..instead of certified like they demanded. So I'm just making sure I've not been bounced. Mayb my friend got his "admissible letter stuff cos his program is for may 2018 |

Good evening folks I applied for SP for myself and WP for my wife on May 5th. I was admitted for PhD prog. Would our applications be treated separately or jointly. Has anyone done this before? I terrible need answers pls. Am on week 15 though. |

Maralina, I admire your "courageous courage", indeed you are favoured by the Most high. As for other TRV hopefuls, I advice you not to send mails like maralina did. If not for GOD's divine intervention, the step she took was quite risky. Imagine how the CIC might feel if they start to receive tons of mail pressuring them on how to run the game. Exercise some patience and pray hard. It will end in praise!!! Goodnight fellas. 1 Like |

oluswagger: A moniker here applied with his wife(WP) and kid(visiting) although the moniker is on funding (phD) But still presented a SOA of about 10M and their TRVs was approved! There is a minimum balance anyone applying with a dependent(s) must provide( you can check their site for more details), if you are able to fulfill those conditions I think you have nothing to worry about. Your trvs will be treated separately because you are both applying for different purpose(study/work)but Her TRV depends on your SOA+ a strong home ties. Since you have applied already bro, I will advice you Worry less and pray more coz nothing is impossible. Your Trv is on it way 3 Likes |
