nikkycool: Yes, I read it. Nominate an occupation in the same industry or a related industry. Tailor your job description to match the description of the course you intend to nominate. Nominating an occupation in transport is totally different to banking and your experience. Go through the occupations carefully, select a few and go through their respective descriptions meticulously. |

Hello everyone.. Please, can someone use certificate III in agriculture offered by TAFE SA to get a student visa to Australia? And what are the prospects of the course in getting PR? Will course upgrades have any positive outcome as regards PR? Thanks for your understanding |

Hello house! I still need help with QA manager & Customer service manager occupation. Has anyone received ITA or assessed successfully by VETASSESS? Also, if you align your JD on resume to that of the ANZcode what happens if your introduction letter or reference from company did not align theirs that way. Any tips or clarification? |
Re: General Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa Through Skilled Migration. by Royal54(m): 12:08pm On Sep 22, 2017 |
bornlegend: IMO, your employment reference letter is what should be in consonance with what the ANZ code specifies as it has more weight than your resume. So in response to your question, the outcome is obvious..... Goodluck |

Can this be true A friend of mine currently in NT said that all states and territory in Aussie have stopped or will stop (not quite sure) giving 190 to offshore with no family ties in the nominated states/territory. Oga Bellong and others, can you confirm this pls? 1 Like |

Good The assessor is proving difficult to placate oh. I'm submitting another episode to address the new "integrating into system of projects undertaken on behalf of stakeholders and synthesising overall approaches to complex problems" reason. Can anyone gimme a hint? I hope to scale through this time |

jelmusboy: From state nominations list for this financial year 2017/2018 I observed that is what is happening and going to happen subsequently. Most states might eventually stop giving 190 to offshore applicants. |

jelmusboy: I have not heard the news but don't think it is something that will happen soon. |

bellong: Bros, if one nominate Welfare Center manager which is skill level 1 with a b.sc in public administration (4years) in a state university with 4years experience. Will the degree be assessed as meeting AQF bsc? If one nominate community worker or welfare worker in NT 489, will you need prove of funds ? |

So, they want people to commit to the Region first before granting PR. People might eventually opt for Canada EE. hollie2605: |

Kingbukaz: I don't have the education profile document to know which university is part of level 2 institution except for those that have been negatively assessed. That being said, do you have experience working as a welfare centre manager? Question 2: go to NT website for answer to the question. |

Duch1020: When you have landed and validated it and filled the tax file number application. The fund you transfer into your account will not be taxed but the interest you receive on it will be taxed. Yes, you are expected to declare foreign income and pay tax on it. Well, a lot of people don't and as such evade paying tax on overseas income. |

Avalon316: How did you arrive at 60 points? Civil engineering draftsperson is sponsored by NSW and Victoria, depending on your profile, you should be able to get nomination. |

Kingbukaz: From the way your questions are presented, it looks like you already know the answers but you're hoping and wishing that you'll get a contrary answer on here *** Modified Sorry about the bubble bursting. The answers to question 1 is NO based on people's past experience on this platform. Question 2 is a YES but check for details as suggested by bellong. Cheers 1 Like |

Just want to be sure because I went through direct entry route for my Bachelor degree. And I am wondering if it will fly. Can I be assessed as a professional Engineer with these qualifications? OND = Biomedical Engineering Technology 2yrs Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Direct Entry) 4yrs. Am I good to go? |

bellong: I'm 35 years. Hope to score at least 7 in IELTS ( LSRW). Have 8 years post HND work experience. Besides, I used the point calculator to deduce that score. Please, does Victoria require that I present proof of funds for their provincial nomination? 1 Like |
