English must be a problem to you, you have been told several times all 36 states have their budgets and that Government revenue is solely dependent on oil. Worry more about Kenya, there's is a credit deficit there right now and the economy is shaky.
It would be stupid for us to cook figures for foreign remittances, it doesn't make any sense. Besides, foreign remittance is not a source of income for Government but flows down directly to the people, if you don't understand this as a graduate then l wonder how you see yourself as anything but stupid.
