Oil constitute less than 10% of the economy of about $500billion. Where does the other 90% of about $450billion comes from.

Even oil constitute 45% of our national budget today which is too high though it is shrinking. Non -oil sector finances 55%of our national budget.

The north and the southwest are working assiduously to free themselves from the high share that oil money represent in their budgets.
