Local vigilantee is dead in Anambra. Obiano bought 500 vehicles for the police and that was it. Obiano doesn't pay the police, the Federal govt does, so what exactly has Obiano done in terms of security?? The local vigilantee which was in the state govt's payroll like i said is dead!

Obiano said he attracted 7.2 billion naira investment in Anambra in 3 years but since 2014, Nigeria as a country has not attracted such an amount in terms of foreign investment.
