That so true.its like everyday am learning something bad about Nigeria.Serious I used to like naija but reading some of the front page posts I wouldn't say so now.sometimes I feel like naijas don't have value for life..I think the kind of stuff being posted in this forum kind of discourages people from visiting Nigeria.

yeah they should check their language, who knows how many other non-Nigerians depend on this forum for info about Nigeria..excessive criticism is bad..there should be a balance between praises and criticism.. surely every country has some positives..

What u see on NL depends on what u wanna see, I don't really see much negative news on it cos I've programmed my mind not to open any nonsensical thread.

@muafrika2 once made me visit a Kenyan blog or forum or whatever it may be through a source n I couldn't spend just 10mins on it cos of the worrisome news I saw on it, it doesn't mean Kenya is filled with bad news but bad news spread faster than good ones.

I, for example only check some selected sections like forum games, jokes, programming,autos n properties. I now spend little time on politics section cos of its abysmal contents.

In a nutshell....good news in Nigeria outweighs d bad ones but bad news make headlines faster than good ones. Simple!

Someone picks the most absurd religious topics only for the front page, maybe to mock Christianity. I have lost count of threads encouraging raping, displaying chopped heads, kidnappers, ritualists etc. I think only a weird tourist would venture into Nigeria. If there are any in there they are probably serial killers on the run from their own countries

Only a stupid Nigerian would say it is well with Nigeria but for Kenya to throw pebbles at Nigeria is plain hilarious. If this had been between Nigeria and ,say, Algeria-it would have ended on the second page.In fact the mods would have deleted the thread. This is essentially a Kenyan thread, created for them by an embittered and uninformed Nigerian who hasn't gotten over gej defeat.
