malcom2x: Hello boss, Like someone said, they just need a summary of your Bsc thesis. The maximum limit should be 15 pages. I would re-modify the abstract, then a bit of introduction, literature review, method used, result and analysis, then add the (original) conclusion. That should be around 5 /6 pages of worthy read. The catch here is your abstract. If your (present) abstract aint interesting enough, you will need to make it interesting. That is usually the first point of call for any review. So work on that. Godspeed and Good luck 3 Likes |

Qualcoms: Okay 1. No one here read minds so we wouldn't know if you're talking about undergraduate or postgraduate fees. 2 While passing through the admission process, you'd be required to pay whenever payment is requested either by the school or the CIC. 3. The sum of money you will eventually spend depends largely on 1. and 2. above. I really tried to be as vague and lazy as I can since you started it. So go on, ask me what CIC means Nairaland is a great place but I feel many abuse the privilege. 5 Likes |

Good evening Bosses, Is it still necessary to contact potential supervisors of a school despite the school stating it's not necessary as (supervisor distribution is managed during the review process ) |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 13 by Bright9412: 7:19pm On Dec 21, 2017 |
Josh1996: It’s good to secure a potential supervisor by contacting them. It increases your chances of admission but doesn’t guarantee your admission. During review process if the supervisor finds a better candidate he might not recommend you for admission. There was a time I secured a potential supervisor. After the review process, he contacted me that he would take only one student and it’s one of the PhD applicants. Tho I got admitted but it was converted from MASc to MEng on recommendation of one of the associate deans. |

d4kesh: In my school, you will write the letter yourself and submit it at the senate building where the registrar will sign and stamp it. I will advise you go to the student affairs of your school for instructions. |
