Christmas these days brings me nothing but bad memories. Bad memories of valuable things I have lost and strong wishes never materialize.

I lost my gorgeous girlfriend, the love of my life, 3 years ago on Christmas day to one damn ass yahoo boy who just arrived from Malaysia. I've had a natural disdain for anything Malaysia since that day. Last Christmas I lost my valuable iPhone to some deft pickpockets while jumping bus at Abule Egba. IPhone that I bought on hire purchase!

Today is Christmas, I have no hope of what to eat, what to do, where to go or whom to see. I'm just some lonely modafucker living in a lonely world, constantly reminded with the sharp sting of hunger and poverty how poor, lonely, dejected I'm.

Anyone mind inviting a lonely hungry fella for Christmas day jollof and chicken?

Chicken wey I buy last week wey hunger kill for my house, or maybe na suicide the chicken commit sef, me no sabi. No one told me I had to incur further cost in feeding the chicken after the initial purchase cost incurred buying the chicken from the market - a whooping N3,500.00!

If I pay that much for a chicken, the seller should have over fed it with food that will sustain it till Christmas, these chicken sellers are nothing but big time frauds.


Oh I just remembered, I still have some groundnut at home, I think some garri too. Maybe this Christmas won't be as terrible as I once feared.

Xmas chicken, though like the normal chicken tastes differently on Christmas day This is my first Christmas away from home, I doubt if chicken will taste differently in my mouth
