That is a vow, a vow is different frm divine instruction. A vow is an oath made to God to fulfill some conditions if God does grants a request. A divine instruction is a command which must be obeyed without seeking for consent Frm anyone and that is what the woman did.

This is bafflling to say the least. Op, you have done right by bringing it here for people to give their various opinions which you can either accept or discard based on your perogative. However, from my own perspective I would say your wife did a really bad thing, very bad.
You might not think it's bad because you have the money and won't feel it but what of if something happens probably five or ten years along the line and the spirit ministers to her to sow all your properties? Or you thnk because she gifted her priest a full month salary, she won't do it again? And the worst part of it is she won't carry you along in this decisions because you let it slide and didn't take any action the first time she did it.

the verses quoted here are different scenerios bro. The instruction frm the Angel has no input Frm the man, she doesnt need her husbands consent to abstain frm some certain foods so no consent of such. But in this case ,what is the rationale behind this woman seeking her husband's consent to give her salary to the priest or to obey her husband whn she he says no?

Certain divine instruction demands prompt obedience, because delayed obedience equals disobedience. Jst as incomplete obedience equals disobedience.

God in His infinite wisdom set up the hierarchy of the family and placed the man as the functional head.
