I love these home based players.Last time they created dozens of chances we complained, now they heard our cries and decided to give us the opposite..

Were ni awon boys yi sha! grin

Those plenty chances was against a poor team. It is not surprising that they can not create against a better side.

Some people on this thread are here to promote and sell their image. To them , its about the predictions they got right and how others were wrong even when the obvious is staring them in the face. This CHAN team is a failure waiting to happen. Make Zambia first catch them !

I would have preferred if a young under 20 team went there and didn't succeed than these old men in the team.

I would prefer youngsters to fail/play badly than all the old men on the field. At least, you can make excuses for youth.

Incorrect, there are only 3 Canadian teams in the MLS , Toronto FC, Vancouver Whitecaps FC and Montreal Impact. They were in the 1986 world cup.

The Canadian Soccer League is not sanctioned by FIFA. They are starting a FIFA sanctioned league in 2019.
thanks for this info....
I really appreciate...
the bolded makes me think...they gonna celebrate their next world cup qualification like the Egyptians.

We can select young locally based players for CHAN, it will serve a greater purpose. At least, you expose them and give them the chance to possibly win a contract abroad.

If a 19/20 year old goes to Sweden for instance, it could benefit the national team because if he improves, he could find himself in the top leagues.

and groom them when they can still learn not trying to change old men who are already set in their ways. Thats the advantage of rairing a young team.

This game is a potential 0-0 game. I don't see Nigeria scoring any goal from open play. Probably through set pieces or by mistake.
There's no connection between the midfield and attack.

Oga tbaba is not done that way,the CHAN is meant for senior local team, left for Nigeria to get the best in the league,so for now this are the best irrespective of their performance.

I do not see the benefit of going to CHAN if it does not benefit the main team. Right now, you can not even pick one player from this CHAN as a future prospect.
