Red Hot Former Flying Eagles Striker Suleiman Abdullahi Hit Brace In Germany Former Nigeria junior international Suleiman Abdullahi continued his fine form in front of goal in Germany for second division side Eintracht Braunschweig with a brace in their 3-1 away win against Erzgebirge Aue. 21 year old Abdullahi bagged his brace in the 13th and 71st minute, with his first goal helping his side draw level after they went behind to a 12th minute goal by Pascal Koepke. Abdullahi lasted 89 minutes before he was substituted to a standing ovation by the travelling fans for Christoffer Nyman, although he picked up a booking in the 73rd minute for excessive celebration after his goal. The brace means he now has 5 goals in 17 games for 12th placed Eintracht Braunschweig, but more importantly he has found the back of the net 8 times in his last 7 games. A near 1 million Euros signing from Norwegian side Viking in 2016, a knee injury picked up during pre season ahead of the start of last season saw him made just 13 appearances with just a goal to his name. Strong, quick and blessed with tricks and flicks, he was a part of the Nigerian U20 team of 2015 but was dropped from the final list of players that represented Nigeria at the World Youth Championship in New Zealand. **Osas Mahawi Source: http://owngoalnigeria.com/2018/01/28/red-hot-former-flying-eagles-striker-suleiman-abdullahi-hit-brace-in-germany/ |

Show me where I agreed with you on Kelechi being called Useless as a Striker... or not being a striker... show me I pray thee... You have just been yapping and yapping... barking like a dog... but if you had a screenshot, you surely would ha be dropped it since.... looolll... you are notorious for digging up posts naa and posting screenshots... oya.. show me where I agreed with you when you asked me to answer your two questions... If you cannot... then I suppose the joke and "two face" label is on you... Ball is in your court... . You forget that I also stand on my words on Kelechi not being useless as a lone forward/Top 9 even after I stated his best role... I broke it down for you and even put it in italics and bold... but you seem slow of understanding. Now that is not my fault... goldfish80: 1 Like |

TheSuperNerd: Top 9 , top 8 ....bla bla bla bla bla. You can't even hold it together again. When I asked you what Kelechi's best position was, did I put a gun to your head to force the proclamation that he's a SS? flip flopper |

Where did I ever say Top 8? You just keep Inventing lies.... you should keep it up... you may surpass Edison in patents. You want me to post my reply to you again for your brain cells to try get the point this time? Loooollll.... you just being petty and very unreasonable... really low for one who prides himself on being intellectual... looollll Just show me where I said Nacho is not a striker... as if SS does. it even mean Support Striker in itself? Looollll... Abeg oooo...I dey wait... where did I specifically agree with you that Nacho is not a striker... or is useless as a top 9/lone forward/striker? Where... enough talk... just a screenshot of my reply to you will solve it... goldfish80: |

TheSuperNerd: That's why I said you're a 2 faced flip flopper who cannot stand on his words. I asked what his best position was, you said SS. All does hybrid nonsense is just a diversion. You think you're addressing primary school pupils? |

I really enjoy watching you say bollocks... looolll... You don't know anything about me and can never know. What is the meaning of SS? Simple question... Did I ever say Nacho is not a striker? Did I not say he is not useless as a lone forward/Top 9/Top striker (interchangeable terms but we know what we mean) but improvises nicely in that role executing it as a raumdeuter? Did I not say that? And this Hybrid talk is something I have been saying from many threads back. It is not Something I just made up... so how can it be a diversion? loooollll... Hahahahahahahahaha... you are really struggling to pin me down now aren't you? It pains you that I really cannot be pinned by you on this... Why not just produce a comment in my reply to you to show that I am two-faced indeed....? scared? goldfish80: |

Ezenwa earns Rohr high praise, Eagles coach says team deserve CHAN semifinal ticket By admin - January 28, 2018, 10:09 pm Gernot Rohr – Eagles coach Eagles goalkeeper and captain Ikechukwu Ezenwa has been praised by coach Gernot Rohr after he inspired Nigeria to qualify for the semi-finals of the 2018 CHAN in Morocco. Rohr also praised the CHAN Eagles for reaching the last four of the tournament in Morocco. Ezenwa pulled off several saves to keep Nigeria alive before they fought back to beat Angola 2-1 in Tangier tonight. “I am not surprised by what Ezenwa has done, I know him and that’s why I picked him against Cameroon and Algeria , he’s a good goalkeeper with good reflexes and great on one-on-one,” Rohr told SCORENigeria “He showed this today, he saved three, four one-on-one situations. “He’s a local player who is good to play for the main Super Eagles.” Rohr also told SCORENigeria that qualification to the semifinal is already a success for Nigeria. “It was a wonderful game, not easy, but we deserved to qualify,” he remarked. “They never gave up and they were better team and stronger in the extra time. “It is a very good result by the team and reaching the semifinal is already a good success for Nigeria.” Nigeria will battle Sudan on Wednesday in Marrekesh for a place in the CHAN final. BascoVanVeli: This is how it should be. The semifinal ticket is good for Nigerian football. I dont know why people are reluctant to acknowledge this. Please what happened to Orji? I watched from the 80th min. Was he badly injured? |

Sir Goldfish80.... Lemme save you the trouble.... Loolll Attached are your own words... And posted is my reply specifically to your first question.... Lol People and understanding.... My reply (in part).... (Link attached for you) And I have always called Nacho the Alien Kid even before this beautiful mighty thread was born And in calling him that and a hybrid forward, I speak of Nacho's potentials and abilities and also his defined natural role as a footballer. He is a no.10 with the feet of a no.9. Has Excellent Vision and can pick the right pass and bring others into a game but can also finish with the touch and class of a master. Plain simple. And mehn... haven't you been reading? Come on Sir Goldfish... you know what I have always said, just that you maybe finding it difficult to nail down. Lemme put it in bold italics for you, Nacho's best position and the role he features in that will bring out his absolute best beast mode is "the SS role" followed very closely by "a roaming dynamic kind of AM role", but again with those being his best positions doesn't mean he does not excel or does good in a few other roles. It is like a science kid who rocks 100 in physics but rates mostly a 70 or 75 in chemistry and an 80 in Biology. For instance, as a false 9, Nacho excels well too. He also does okay as a RWF if a proper 4-3-3 is employed. And as a top 9/lone striker, Nacho is not among the best but he certainly has the stats to prove he does good in that role too. He simply knows how to improvise for the most parts as a top9/lone striker.... Finito. I have been saying this for ages now. I am only repeating myself. Am I still sitting on the fence according to your understanding? *exactly how I said it without any alteration... https://www.nairaland.com/3018619/super-eagles-thread-russia-2018/2674#64563453 I hope you can really eat your words now... Even on the New Zealand 2015 thread and a few subsequent ones like the Rio thread, I have always called Nacho a hybrid forward... And I always gave same description of what a hybrid forward mean. Still consider it a diversion or something I just made up... Lolll... You really are funny. Give it up man. You got nothing on me.

Lost count of how many times you've used petulant on this thread... Loolll You really love that word don't you? And I don't think I know... I actually do know and I told you it is only based on a matter already in discussion and not some random unrelated talk. Looollll... And I don't have to prove anything to you. That will be so lame. Not that I expect you to understand shaa... It is you... You choose to understand what you want to. Your choice. Just eat your words shaa... I posted them for you... goldfish80: |

TheSuperNerd: Your bolded words still still says the same thing. I dont know why you're scared of what you typed yourself. It is there in black and white. You said he's a SS when I asked you to name his "best position". Why is this so hard for you to acknowledge? Did someone hack into your account when you posted that? |

Of course I mentioend SS and Dynamic AM as his bests.... But the point of contention is simple... Did I say he is not a striker? Simple question... Also show some balls... Tell me what an SS stands for... What is the meaning of SS? Stop running from the question... or does having a best not mean he also has a good and a better? Abi you no sabi English again? Didn't I elucidate my points in perfect black and white? Possibly your version of black and white is perverse... It will be green and orange to most but to you just to suit your defeated narrative, it is black and white... Smh... Pathetic. goldfish80: |

You asked for his best position.... dontt even play smart with me... You asked for his best and I gave you his best... meaning he has a good, better, best... his best is SS. I never said he is not a striker... I mentioned his role as a top 9/lone striker/lone forward in my detailed answer to your question. I ask again the question you are running from... What does SS stand for Sir Goldfish...? Be a man and answer correctly... goldfish80: |

Some of Rohr's words on Ezenwa's heroics against Angola ” It’s not a new thing to me because you know, I know Ezenwa very well , and that is why I put him in goal against Cameroon and in Algeria ( World Cup 2018 Qualifiers) because he is a good goalkeeper “, Rohr told journalists in Morocco. ” In one on one situation, he is one of the best and in the reflex he is also a very good option, and he should it again today. He saved three to four one on one situations. A team needs a good goalkeeper, you know I have him and a local player can play in Super Eagles main team, that’s what he has proven."
