On Enyeama,Sir just forget him and start having your trust on these six cos he is not coming back.

Pls i want you to watch

and make a comparison with Enyeama vs Argentina in 2010 WC and let see your analysis may be we can give any of these lads go ahead though we are not Rohr.

Mind you Enyeama remain the best but i don't see him coming back so we just need to decide with what we have for now.

I don't know why it requires a lady to point it out that that Jersey is too flamboyant and childish.

For a woman to say such and men are saying they like it. Well then......... I comment my reserve.

Are you saying women are better when it comes to fashion cos am crazy when it comes to fashion and i want to say thumb up to the designer of that jerseys.

This is the first time am seeing serious talks about Nigeria jerseys and people who like it are winning though some like you have your reason to criticise it but in a nutshell is a cool jersey

I thought Finidi was rumoured to have been offered one of the youths jobs?

On Salisu, contrary to what peeps here are saying I trust him to deliver the goods.

A man that carried that very poor team all the way to the final needs commendation. Thank God there is an age restriction to this one so no imposing of Papa Alli, Osas Okoro and co on us.

What else can we do now but to support him.

All eyes are on the WC now. Let us face it. But after the world cup I suggest we revisit that youth players thread. The Olympic games are 2 years away meaning only players who would be 21 this year and less would be eligible. We need to focus on those players especially the ones with quality. Our comments here go places. Let us join Salisu and other youth coaches to unravel the talents that would wear our colors in the next youth competitions.

Just a quick one: Do you know Chidozie Awaziem, Victor Osimhen, Kingsley Michael, Taiwo Awoniyi, Musa Yahaya, Nura Abdulahi, Sincere Seth, Kelechi Nwakali, Samuel Chukwueze, Sadiq Umar, Ifeanyi Mathew, Steven Odey, Sunday Faleye, Moses Eneji, Ikouwem, Francis Uzoho, Maduka Okoye, and many more are all eligible to play in the next Olympics? We just need the right selection and that team would be explosive.

I don't trust Salisu to deliver anything but boring and tactless football, a game devoid of any higher level technical know how. When he takes Rabiu Ali to the Olympics as his over aged player I expect u to also say it is because of his experience like u did before CHAN. The writing has always been on the wall but people are willing to overlook it just to make the NPFL guys look bad. Even a child would have known that u can't take only 4 midfielders to a tournament but even here people played it off like it meant nothing. U say the team was poor but 2 of them made team of the tournament and we all know awards are as a result of a good team.

According to strong rumors emanating from the NFF and Journalists in Abuja....

@thenff name coaches for each of our national teams

U-17

Manu Garba - Head Coach

Jolomi Atune - First Assistant

Bunmi Haruna - Second Assistant

Ernest Salolomo - Goalkeeper Trainer

U-20

Abdul Maikaba - Head Coach

Fidelis Ilechukwu - First Assistant

Abubakar Bala - Second Assistant

Baruwa Olatunji - Goalkeeper Trainer

U-23
Salisu Yusuf - Head Coach

Kennedy Boboye - First Assistant

Imama Amapakabo - Second Assistant

Suleiman Shuaibu - Goalkeeper Trainer

One thing with Manu Garba as under 17, you will get genuine kids. Under 17 is for the future, not immediate success.

Maikaba Akwa United probably play the best football on the local scene. Hopefully, he looks out for genuinely young people.

The design sets it apart from the same same generic green that other countries like Saudi Arabia and Mexico wears. Personally I like plain stuffs - I don't wear shirts with frills and patterns but that Jersey is distinctive and that counts.

Go through that list of fixtures again and examine the strength of oppositions and importance of the games. You can't compare any of those games with Enyeama vs Argentina.

BTW why don't you compare Ajiboye Vs Morocco and Enyeama vs Argentina.

You are right actually about Godwin Odiye. It's been long men.....just have faint memories of some of those things. Besides, my Papa never buy Television by that 1978.

Check my comparison very well,I picked their best performing match for Nigeria.

Ezenwa against Angola CHAN

Ajiboye against Sudan CHAN

Enyeama against Argentina 2010 WC

And if you want me to pick their worst match for Nigeria

Ezenwa against Ghana(WAFU)4-2

Ajiboye against Morocco (CHAN)4-0

Enyeama against Ghana (friendly in London) 4-1

Hope you remember this was the match that made Berti Vogts to rate Ejide ahead of Enyeama.

That Enyeama's 4-1 against Ghana is too far back to be used for comparison. It is about 10/11years now. Even FIFA ranking is done over a 4 year period with the most recent being most weighted.

Respect Chief icon4s the only Father of TheSuperNerd.

Yes you are right players like Segun Odegbami, Adokiye Aimesemeika,Muda Lawal,Christian Chuckwu would walked into starting line up of this present team and even US 94 players would find it tough to bench them and coach too would find it difficult to decide, pls check it out

Segun Odegbami vs Finidi George

Adokiye Aimesemeika vs Emmanuel Amuneke

Muda Lawal vs Sunday Olishe

Christian Chuckwu vs Uche Okechukwu/Chidi Nwanu.

Yes Ndidi still has a milestones to climb to be equal to Muda Lawal and Sunday Olishe but he has the potential.

***Oga icon4s i made a comment sometimes ago and i mentioned that Nigeria vs Tunisia match was 1978 WC qualifier(Odiye scored Nigeria)but you said it was1982 WC qualifier which i accepted

But going through Segun Odegbami's preview of yet to launch book he said it was 1978 WC qualifier and that nobody should blame Odiye but him for the loss.
odegbami was right it was a 1978 world cup qualifier
