I have been in human resources services for over ten years and if their is anything I have learnt in life it's never to write off anybody no matter how dumb or stupid their actions or inaction might appear.

You can't imagine how many recruitment errors companys make just because someone comes and talks and talks big big English and promises only to be recruited and the person becomes a disappointment.

I personally respect everybody in that house, they all have something about them that makes them unique and possible winners for the prize money.

So after 10 years of working in the human resource service, what you've learned is that people should be employed and given opportunities not because of productive traits that they exhibit, not because of their competence, but because they might possess some vague quality that makes them unique?

So because your company employed few seemingly smart people who turned out to be not as productive as expected, then this means that people who express dumb and stupid actions should be employed?

They really don't know how hard it is to 'blow' in the music Industry. Unless you want to cut corners and join some really bad gangs. You will have to work your way to the top. dont be so harsh. HR Managers are not witches and wizards. It's all up to the candidates to sell themselves. No matter how competent you are, if you do not speak up, no HR Manager will know your potentials.
I have colleagues who know nothing but in meetings where the big men are around, they are the loudest. But give them a simple task a corper can accomplish in a minute, they wount be able to deliver.
